Question on the HPT

I am going to the store to buy a HPT. Which one is recommended. I see there are lots of different types - which one should I buy. The one I have says a + for Positive and a - for negtive. It is a clear blue brand. Will this one work? I read some ladies talking about faint lines. I am not sure if the one I have will work then. Please give me some advice.
