Beta Numbers

Hello Everyone,

its so exciting to be on this side of the thread! wow im thrilled but kind of scared.

I was wondering what numbers should i look for to be content, Unfortunately my clinic only does one blood test if your initial beta is over 100, and thats it no repeating, has any one heard of this??????? they just automatically give you a scan date...can some one please ease my worried mind??? So how is one to know that everything is going well from now to 3 weeks later??????? Oh boy !!!!

Your clinic probably doesn't give you a 2nd beta because they feel 100+ is a very viable pregnancy. Just trust your body and the baby that everything is going ok.

vita my PTA...(personal ticker adviser) ....i didnt get any bloods taken...my clinic provided me with a HPT and i had to ring them with the result....and they posted me a scan appointment....so i have no idea what my numbers were in the beginning...

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Don't worry about numbers - your clinic must feel everything is well. Sometimes I think we have too much knowledge, and if things are not what we think they should be, then we panic.

Just enjoy the knowledge of what's happening in you tummy and take it easy!
