hi thank you for replying back. i have had vaginal ultrasounds and given blood and everything came back good.everything is normal. i have cramps really bad but nothing comes out.i dont know what else to do..please help..
Hi. I don't know all your history and am by no means an expert but my friend was on the pill for years and then tried for a couple of years to have a baby. The doctors put her back on the pill for a couple of months and then onto chlomid. She fell pregnant first time. Obviously it is no guarantee but maay be worth asking your doctors about.
If you haven't heard of chlomid..
Chlomid ( from my own experience) is a tablet that I had to take to help stimulate my ovaries and help me produce more eggs. After a set time I had to go back for a scan and an injection that released the eggs, we were then told to go and try naturally over the next 2 days. It didn't work for me but it did help to establish I had problems with my tubes so we were able to change my treatment.
One piece of advice I would strongly advise though is to be very pushy with your doctors if they are not helping you enough. In our situations time is very valuable. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Have you done tests to assess whether you have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)? It is a hormonal imbalance which occurs in women. It usually starts in the teens but not always but can be masked if you on the pill. Many young girls will visit their doctor because their AF is not regular. The doc puts you on the BCP to regulate. And all is well (well well enough because you get AF each month). Then when you stop and want to start trying your period is very infrequent or non existent (which is how it was going to be anyway). So most women that I have come across on the site didn't find out till they were in their 20 or 30's. Please visit this site. Go to the discussion forum. You'll find a tonne of information and links and there is a fertility thread as well. Have your RE (Reproductive Endocrinologist) or an Endocrinologist run tests on your LH and FSH ratio, DHEAS and testosterone (free and total), estrogen, progesterone, fasting glucose. Also have a vaginal ultrasound to see if you have cyst (they are not really cysts just underdeveloped follicles). There are usually 6-8 on each ovary all along the outside....like a string of pearls. There are typical and atypical PCOSers. A typical is often overweight, have spotty or no periods and may have acne and some hair growth in places they don't want (chin, nipples, back etc...places where men get it. That is because of the high testosterone level). Ovulation is usually a problem because of infrequent or absent period (AF). Glucose levels can be high or normal but most importantly many PCOSers have insulin resistance (you can google it to learn more). An atypical (which I am ), may not be overweight, and have regular periods. I have some zits (nothing major) and a few stray hairs on my chin). Because I get a period I Ovulate. I am alo thin. My issues is I have blocked tubes (which I just found out). PCOSers can certainly have children and many do without ever knowing they have it. Others it can be a real nightmare for and treatment is required. Anyway, if you want more info, PM me. Check out the site and also google PCOS and read and see if it fits.
If your test results show you have PCOS demand that you get Metformin (AKA Glucophage). It is a drug used to treat diabetes. As you know many drugs have more than one use. Almost all women with PCOS are on Met when trying to conceive. Some conceive with just met alone and never need clomid, femara or injectibles. GOOD LUCK. This is my first post here. I hope I am not promoting another discussion board. It was not my intention. I am just hoping I can help.
