Hello Everyone

It is great to see so many people on here and good that we can support each other. My embryo transfer was done on Saturday 24th June so my test date is 8th July.

Hey Racquel I, like you have had pains in my left embryo since EC the embryologist checked it before I had the transfer and showed me that I still had lots of follicles there. He said it was nothing to worry about and that they should fall away. We can't help but worry about the tiniest things though.

My tummy is very swollen and I look several months pregnant already I hope that is a good sign! :)

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to rest too much I still have to go to work for which I have to get a train to London Bridge then it is a 20 minute walk. I have been taking it as easy as I can. Haven't been doing any housework - well not much anyway - nothing that requires me to lift anything.

Sasa I think its good that you are required to go back to your clinic during your 2WW. I always feel quite abandoned by them at this stage. It would be good if they could scan us so we know what is happening!!!

Good luck everyone keep resting xx :D

Hi everyone, just checking in to see how you're all feeling. I won't bore you with my long list of complaints today, actually feeling quite good. Dreamt about food last night - boy I'm just bound to get fat whether BFP or not!

Welcome Jess!

Carolyn, Thanks for the warm wishes, how sweet!

Lispetite, hope you're able to get plenty of R&R throughout your wait, though I'm sure there's benefit to staying busy. My jail sentence ends tonight, yeah, and I'm already up doing perhaps more than I should but now that I'm not in so much pain I've just got to move around, you know?

Hope you're all doing well, hang in there!

good luck - Natural FET- any pregnancy symptom?

Post by SASA »

Good luck to all of us waiting for our test dates in July.
I had serious cramps for a few days when I had my first IVF two months ago. I got BFN last time. As I have 4 frosties, 2 were put back 9 days ago and I am now in 2ww after FET.
I have FET in a natual cycle. With no hormone injections, I do not feel any cramps this time. I feel normal, so normal that I am worried that I would fail again this time. I do not have any symptom of pregnancy. People mentioned that there should be bloating or tenderness in the breast. It is already the 9th day after ET, I feel nothing.
Should there be any pregnancy symptom by then? :?: :?

Galip - Welcome and good luck. Laughter for embryos ((ha) I like that! Wht not!

Jess - Can't waith to see your BFP tomorrow. I am new on this board so I really don't know how to do somethings. We should ask Aunty Pebble to help us with everybodys test dates. (she is wonderful).

Everybode else - Well how are you all doing?? Happy 4th of July!! We are all getting closer to our test dates. I go in next Monday and I still really dont have any symptoms. some little cramps here and there. Had a lot more last week. Sore boobs (very little). So I have no clue. maybe its still to early for symptoms?

I think it would be fantatic if we all got BFP's! I hope we do!. Lets all stays positive and keep everything crossed. I am praying for my ONE embie!

LOVE and KISSES to everyone.

On my 2WW

Post by Isabella »

Hello everyone!

I am new to this board. I am in my 2WW on my first IVF w/ ICSI at MCRH in MN. Overall things went well, we had 2 embryos transferred - a morula and an 8 cell grade A. 7 embryos frozen. I was pretty happy with the number of embryos, b/c one ovary is damaged from endometriosis and surgery - so it didn't have a lot of response.

Before the IVF, I had gone through my second laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and to try to fix some scarring that was making IVF impossible.

Anyway. The 2WW is making me a little crazy, but I am trying to maintain positive outlook. I have been through 4 cycles of IUI with one +ve and then early loss - my 4th early m/c. But I'm blaming that all on my endometriosis and decided that it will go better this time now that I have been surgically "fixed" - that's what I keep telling myself anyway. I know I will not be able to truly rejoice until I see a little heartbeat on the ultrasound.

Baby dust for everyone!! It looks like some of you will be testing very soon. Fingers and toes crossed and prayers for lots of happy news!

Hi everyone. Come to join the party.

I didn't realise you were all here until Jess told me - thanks Jess and GOOD LUCK FOR TOMORROW

Everybody else good luck and stay positive.

QQuick bit about me, been ttc 8 years , I am 33, DH s 36, I have blocked tubes. We are on our 6th ivf attempt, we have now done 3 of these as egg share. I test on Friday and also have absolutley no symptoms what so ever. I feel totally normal, infact I'm convinced the embies are still in the tube!!!

I had a good transfer with 2 good embies. One was an 8 cell grade 1 to 2 as it was a little oval??? The other they said was text book perfect as a 6 cell grade 1 no fragmentation. My doctors told me to just carry on life as normal just watch out for uncooked food on the barbie, no alcohol and no pate etc ( as if already pregnant). I have been totally normal, I went shoppoing straight from the hospital, then back to work the next day.
If it doesn't work this time ???????? who knows.

Good luck everyone, love Leanne
