Hi Girls,

Hope you are all doing fine. It is nice to see that we have a larger support group and that more girls have joined it. Thanks for sharing all your experiences.

I went for a consultation today and the Doc has said that I will be able to have my FET most probably in two months time.i.e. August 06. Hopefully everything should come back to normal by then. She wants to monitor my condition next month as I am still recovering from OHSS.

Tina, It looks like I may have my FET around the same time as yours. I am sure time will fly and we can make the most out of summer until then.. isn't it ? With regards to the girl at work. I actually went and discussed my problem with HR and also my boss. They were supportive and they knew that I was very stressed and upset. At the same time, there were 2 other complaints from my team members about this girl. My manager then decided it was time to move her out of my department. I am so happy that she is not around to cause problems now.

Chel, I am keeping everything crossed for you. I hope and pray that you will have the best result. It is tough having to wait for 2 weeks. I am sure it will be worth it in the end. Pls keep positive and keep drinking lots of water.

Shez, Like Tina I will like to know how you lost 2 stone. It must be a great feeling. I put on 10 kgs since I came to UK. I am keen to lose as weight as as possible before my FET.

SKP, I wish you all the very best with the donor eggs & cycle. I am sure you will have success in the end. Don't ever lose faith. I noticed that you are from Hounslow. I actually work close to Hounslow. Don't worry about what relations and in-laws think. In our community people are always ready to pick faults. I am sure they have alot of skeletons in their closets themselves. I know it is hard, but try and avoid thinking what others think. I think you are a living example for the saying.."if there is will ..there is a way"

Angelbaby, I am sure you must be nervously awaiting your test date. Try not to worry too much because you are bleeding. I saw a program the other day where 2 girls who were on the 2www were bleeding / spotting but they were pregnant when they did the final test. Wish you all the best.

Imelda.. I know you must be nervous about your first attaempt at IVF. You are at the right place. Pls feel free to ask us any questions and good luck !!

Anamika, Hope you are doing great . Make sure you take it easy and have enough rest !!

Shall close now girl.. until next time.

Love,
Sita

Hi Sita,Chel,Shez and all others,
Sita How are you doing? Are you willing the time to fly by soon? The time will be here again before you know it.I kind of forgot about ivf and everything the last 2 months as i was so busy with classes and work. But this quarter i didn't get any classes so will just be working. Now i have more free time to get back to ivf dreaming.i guess my next cycle is by july mid if my period comes by then.My periods have been so irregular now as for the last 1 1/2 years i have been on and of birth control, lupron and all other drugs.I hope it will have no other side effects.Last weekend a friend called me for a potluck lunch ,and i made some excuse not to go as i would be the only one without kids and might have to hear teasing or questions about that since they don't know our problems. So i opted out.Have any of you ever done that? How is it having your mom over there.Hope everything is okay with your mom and bro.My mom keeps asking me about all the treatment ,but i just say i will do it soon.I didn't tell her about the last ivf that failed or all the times my cycle got cancelled as she is the hyper emotional and worrying kind.No other news here.Chel how are all the pregnancy symptoms? Are you feeling any?Take good care and keep us all updated.Shez when's your cycle starting.Keep in touch.
Nothing else exciting here.Have a happy weekend all.Take care.Best wishes and Love Tina

hi tina and sita,
Thank you soo much for the wishes, sorry for the late reply, I was reall in shock (stil am). Hubby is very happy too, but he's busy watching FIFA(arghhhhhhhhhh).

I had some symptoms like, tiredness, cramping during the 2ww and a few days after testing positive, but now seems like everything is quiet, so kinda scared. My first U/S will be on the 11th July. My beta level was quiet high so i m worried whether its triplets. I would love to have twins but u know sometimes these things are not in our hands. Whatever, all i need is healthy baby! I 'll know the number on the 11th, so will keep u gals posted. I still feel like i m in 2ww because of not knowing whether everything is ok. My clinic is terrible, they just do one beta and dont do any follow up to make sure everything is going ok. I requested DH that we'll do it else where but he says just stick to the clinic's advice! huh its not easy for me.

I have already resigned my job, i hav got a new offer as a part time teacher near my house. I dont know if i shld take it. DH and MIL are not happy abt my decision to work PT. Oh talking abt MIL, we actually told MIL abt the ivf just before ER, DH & thot we needed some emotional and physical support at that time, moreover, he requested her to come and cook for me everyday, she was more than happy to help but think she already spread the news to some of her close friends and relatives inspite of us telling her that its very very confidential. After all, I knew she would do that. she is still helping me becos she doesnt want me to exhaust myself. but i feel she's overdoing at times, i m mean  My mother is also with me for the past 1 month, so i dont do a single work at home (hee hee not true i do help them at times).

Its gonna be you girls' turn next, cant wait to meet u over the "pregnant after treatment thread" Wishing u loads of positive vibes!

sita,
u take care too, u have to eat healthy and stay happy like u adviced me before the tmt. Love u hunny!

Tina,
U r soo close to it, July is just around the corner, u too must take care and be happy thru out your 2ww, take care sweetie!

My dear Chel & Tina,

Hope both of doing fine. I feel so close to both of you and know that I can discuss anything. Thank you so much girls. I really feel I should meet you someday. You never know what the future holds :D :D

Tina,

July is already here and I am sure you must be getting prepared for your cycle. I know how it can be when you are surrounded with friends and their kids. It is prefectly understandable that you preserve yourself from emotional strain when you are so close to the cycle. I too avoid going to some parties. I am sure my friends would understand if they knew what I am going through. It is perfectly normal and it is good to always try and stay positive. I am sure God will bless us someday soon. As you say my dear .. it will be in his own time !!

My mother is fine and is staying with me until I have my FET. Our relationship seems OK but I am still not speaking to my brother. I am sure someday things will get resolved. It is in God's hands. Thanks for asking dear.

Hope work and studies are going smoothly. I am sure you must be enjoying summer out there. It is boiling here.

Chel,

Wow.. I am so excited for you!!! Please take it easy my dear atleast for the 1st 3 months. I am sure jobs will always be there for you, considering you have so much past experience. This is a once in a life time opportunity and embrace every moment Chel. You are truly blessed !!

It is great that you have 2 mums looking after you. You must be pampered. I know MILs itch to tell others. I am sure they are all excited for you as well.

Let us know how the scan goes.

Shall close now girls.. Remember God is always with us. we must never ever lose faith !!

Lots of love and hugs,
Sita

Hi... I am back :D

Congratulation to Chel, I am so happy for you. You are trully blessed! May i know which hospital are u?

Sita, I'm very frustrating to communicate with my DR. I wish i could do IVF at my country. I don't know anything!!! He just told me that i should come on my2 period. I know it will be hormone injection. But how long i will be in Singapore, no idea. You know the living cost in Singapore is very high to Indonesian. I think i am wasting so much money on rescheduling my plane ticket... Arrrrghhh....

My last email to DR, should i do ICSI. No reply, Lucky the ladies in July Thread explained to me. I also ask DR, no reply, should i take Folid Acid? How much n What brand. I'm also taking VIT E 400IU and Esther C 1000mg. Can i continue or should i stop. I am totally blind.... :(

Anyway, so happy to find all of you. :D

I wish all of you the best. God Bless

Luv
Jema
