Post IVF implantation bleeding
Hi All! I am new to the message board and have found this site very comforting/educational! This is my second round with IVF. The first time had 4 grade 3 embryos and no go. This time 4 all grade 2. I had bleeding/spotting start before my blood test the first round. Now light bleeding/spotting started again but this time much earlier at Day 8. Now day 10 and still lightly bleeding. in beginning was light pink but now more tan. Does anyone know of someone who had bleeding and still got a BFP? I tried a HPT today and was negative-probably too soon. I called the Dr office and I am scheduled to have blood tested July 7 and they didn't want to do it sooner as the 7th was already pretty early according to them. Have heard about implantation bleeding but didn't think if that's what was happening that I would still be bleeding...anyone else out there have this happen?
Don't give up hope yet!
You'll see from this board that lots of people get bleeding - many for the first 3 months.... I spotted on and off for weeks with my son, and am in the same situation now.
Just take it easy and keep the positive thoughts up!

I started having spotting around the time AF was due and thought it was all over- here I am with a 5 month old(almost) now!

me too!
I am new here and was just browsing to see if anyone was experiencing similar symtoms to me. I have been ttc 5ys, 2m/c and now have been tentatively diagnosed with luteal phase defect. Apparently I ovulated like clockwork, but perhaps not allowing implantation. this is my first month attempting to use prometrium from day 14 to day 30. I started the prometrium 9 days ago and 3 days ago (7 dpo) I started very light spotting. Have never spotted in my life! I am scared to hope that it might mean a pregnancy. I am curious to hear the results of your test on July 7. Also, has anyone ever used prometrium and had spotting that was not a pregnancy- I thought prog is supposed to prevent bleeding?
