Ya-hoo - Congratulations Pebbles!!!

Funny story - had my first experience with a stranger asking when I was due today! I knew I already had a bump but didn't realize it was that obvious! I didn't know what to say - DH said I should have said "hey I am here for the weight loss clinic" but I'm not that quick... Anyway nurse says it's likely because ovaries still swollen and uterus is growing faster since they are convinced it's twins. Wont know until sono and they told me today they wanted to wait until Aug 7th so we have a lot of time to wonder ....

Thinking of all of you and can't wait to hear more details....take care and baby dust to all!

Thanks everyone, I'm just so excited I wanted my smilely face!

I've got my blood test tomorrow to check my levels then I think it's another 10 more days till the scan. That's if I can stay awake enough to make it to the hospital. Is everyone else feeling really exhausted?

Racquel that's funny, enjoy every single moment :D

By the way, what numbers should I be expecting tomorrow? I know everyone is different and it all depends on how many babies are in there but haven't a clue what is "normal". Not that anything about this whole process is normal!

BETA NUMBERS

Post by hellokitty »

I got my beta results today and I feel like crying my eyes out! My first number was 52 and my number today is only 94.8. My nurse tried to reassure me that I was considered in the "normal range" but everywhere I've read it says the numbers should double. I am so scared of another miscarriage. This whole thing is such a a roller coaster. I go back Monday for another BETA, which for my dr's office is normal. I don't know what to expect

Kitty- I am sorry you are down....at least the numbers are continuing to rise. I know you are scared, but try and keep that PMA. I have a friend who kept going back for beta's. Her numbers never quite doubled. They were always close, but not quite there. She now has a little boy! There is only one thing I know for sure...you just never know! Keep the faith! I be keeping you in my prayers.

HelloKitty,
Hang in there until Monday! Just like lm said atleast those number are going up thats a good sign! My first IVF my 1st beta was 40 then my 2nd was only 5 and it ended! So keep your head up and think positive because they are going up instead of going down!! I know we all worry so much hoping that everything ends good it is def. a big long roller coaster! But, just take it easy until Monday!

HelloKitty

Hang in there, its like everyone else has said your numbers are increasing which has got to be a good sign. :D I know what its like though we all worry.

My hospital don't offer blood tests so I am very much in the dark I have no idea what is going on!!

My results

Post by Isabella »

Hello everyone.

Congratulations on all the +ive's!! It looks like July is beating the odds overall.

My sympathies with those of you with -ive's. It turns out I am in the same boat. I started having spotting then it increased to a full period and my HCG was 3. I saw my doc yesterday, though, and he is hopeful for us that a frozen cycle will do the trick. So I am feeling cautiously optimistic. Which is a nice change from how I felt when I got the results which was dismal and devastated.

Sending sticky vibes that everyone's HCGs go up like they are supposed to.
