Thanks honey - Af would be due thurs 27th July but nurse said to test 2 days after that, which is first day of hols so yes I think I will take a test with me if AF hasn't arrived. I will probably test on the thursday or friday as well and if it looks like a BFP will test again on the sat!! :D Don't worry I will keep you well informed!

Just away for one week so back on Fri 4th Aug then wedding anni on the sun (6th!). Would be so nice to celebrate 8 yrs of marriage with a bun in the oven ......... :D

Well I've sorted out the exercise thing. Had ants in my pants today so did a wee class tonight - not too strenous but just enough to break a gentle sweat . Feeling good, think its all this juice and no wine and plenty of sleep that's doing it. Feeling full of PMA today - lets hope it lasts!!

Jen - I so know how you feel. Dh and I got gazumped 3 years ago - we were gutted but true enough something better came along (the house we are in now). I really believe it was meant to happen that way - we had seen the house we live in now and loved it but decided it would probably go for too much over the asking price (Scottish system to anyone else reading this) so it wasn't til we got gazumped that we thought, "nothing to lose" and went to see it. Did a deal with the owner that night and moved in 2 months later!! And now dh and I are godparents to our neighbours son!! So you'll see IT WILL HAPPEN!!

Nicki that's fab you've made a decision about the clomid - do you mind me asking what the nurse said about taking the clomid?? Just interested since my clinic are so against it but when i went to Darlington they were all for it.

Night night all xxx

Hi Girlies!!

Sorry I've been so quiet - work is manic. I forget how busy the end of school is and trying to organise everything before we break up!! Roll on those 6 weeks of doing nothing!! (sorry if I'm making anyone jealous!)

Lis - how's it going? Hope the PMA is still strong, before you know it you'll have the BFP you wanted!!

Jen - good luck with the house hunting, I'm sure something bigger and better will come along. Like you said these things happen for a reason

Nicki - hope the clomid helps to get you the BFP - August will be a good month!

Julie - how's the collar bone and arm? It's horrible feeling housebound, hopefully you'll be able to drive soon.

As for me I'm waiting for AF to arrive (should be today) but as yet she hasn't reared her ugly head - sods law!! As soon as she does I can book in for my 'injection lesson' (oh joy!!) and then hopefully away we go for a BFP :D

Oh my God I have just done a pregnancy test and its positive, I really can’t believe it I think I am in shock. I have been trying since 1995 and had a 3-year break in between and I was beginning to think I would never see those 2 little lines on the stick.

My official test date isn’t until Tuesday, which is 14 days after ET, but as it was a natural cycle I have tested today because that would have been when AF was due. I will test again on Tuesday but fingers toes and everything crossed that this is a BFP.

Sorry this is a bit of a me post but I am too much in shock to do personals today

How is our newest BFP lady this morning? Has it sunk in yet Gail??

Julie - that's a bummer about the clinic and another wait - all we do is wait these days huh?? But just think how good you'll feel when it comes round - all those months without the ciggies!! Go girl ....

Jen how's you -have you been out house hunting again??

How is everyone else this morning - I am feeling GOOD :D . Chilled out all day yesterday in the garden, lunching with my friend and I have to say feeling fantastic without any alcohol in my system! Could def get used to this

My brother and his wife had a baby girl last night named Rosa - lovely news, should be going there tonight but part of me still a little upset (we have been ttc'ing since before they had their 1st and you know how it hits home when something like this happens) Anyway hoping she will get home today so I don't have to visit the dreaded maternity ward

Wishing you all a sunny sunday :P

Love to all xxx

Hi everyone

I am still completely in shock, I did another test this morning and it was still A BFP, I am so so happy I want to go out in the middle of the street and yell it out, luckily I have managed to control myself so far!! All my bras are too tight so I got measured yesterday and I have gone up 2 cup sizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Julie you were right about not needing a Bikini!!! Hope your work is getting better and that they invite you to lunch next time, that is so rude! What a pain that you can’t start treament yet, lets hope that list moves very quickly.

Nicki what made you change your mind about taking the clomid? There are going to be so many BFP’s on here soon. :D
I am glad my BFP made you feel more positive I can completely understand that and as you said we have known each other on here for over a year now and everyone forms such a bond on here.

Lucy sorry you didn’t get the job you went for but that’s great to have such good feed back and fingers crossed they will have another job coming up soon. Good luck with your appointment on the 19th, I can understand why you want to rush ahead with the IVF. It will be your time next time

Lis thank you for starting a thread up for me, I cried when I read it. Not long to go for you now, I bet the time is really dragging though. Its amazing how long 2 weeks seems to stretch for. Your bound to feel upset about your brothers baby, its understandable. Once you get your BFP everything will seem better though.

Jen that’s amazing that you sold your house so quickly. Hope you have a very successful 2 weeks house hunting. I bet your work do was emotional, hope it went ok.

Kate nearly the start of your 6 weeks off and the joy of injecting. Just remember the 1st one is the worst I shook like a leaf when I did it but after that its easy and then it will be a BFP

MLG I cant believe your 18 weeks now! How are you feeling?
