I got BFN in my first IVF/ICSI and BFP in FET.

Went today for my blood test, they are going to phone tonight with the results then have to wait two weeks for my scan.

Well after my wife cried all night because she was positive that she didn't get pregnant I can happily report > BFP!!!!!!!!!!

I think the 2WW was one of the most stressful periods in my life. My mother says welcome to stressville for the next 18+ years.

My wife was so shocked she refused to believe the results until the doctor assured her of the results. I think she still doesn't believe it.

Unfortunately, my sister who underwent a procedure (coincidentally) on the same dates as my wife, found out today that she is not pregnant. So it is a somewhat bittersweet day.

That being said, I pray that the 70%+ BFP percentages on this list keep going up!!!

Our doctor just called with the analysis of the HCG - we got a 129 number. What does that mean exactly? I'm numb today...

That figure confirms the pregnancy - excellent first figure. In a non-pregnant woman they hCG is usually around 5. My figure today which was 16 days post transfer was 314.8 which they have told me is a healthy figure for a singleton baby! When is your next blood test?

Can i be added also??? I have transfer on either Sunday, 7/16 or Tues, 7/18. Had my ER today with 40 eggs removed. OMG, I am the Easter Bunny. Who would have thought they could even take that many.

My testing date is 7/27

Jess & Jen - Welcome to the thread! This will be a good one to watch so you can see what's in store as you move through the cycle, it's quite an adventure.

40 eggs removed - boy that is a lot! Take care, your ovaries are likely to be sore if their not already and it doesn't go away quickly (in my experience).

Kabillion - Congratulations to you and Wifey!! I'm also confused about the hCG scores (aka Beta?) and what is "expected." My original score was 405 which blew us away, doc said highly likely both embies took. But then 2 days later I was only 595, not quite 50% increase which is what my nurse said they were looking for. Then I've read posts indicating they expect it to double ... all this math is driving me crazy. All I know is that we were super excited Mon-Tues, then disappointed yesterday (I know we should still be thankful and we are, but can't seem to shake the dark cloud) DH and I are both more worried now than we've been thru this whole process. Doc has me going back in for more bloodwork tomorrow - and they say they wont do Sono until August! How will we wait that long to know what's happening for sure???

Ok I know I'm being a whiner and will shut up now. I'm sooooo tired, queasy and my dang skirt is cutting off my circulation - already my clothes aren't fitting, I'm growing so fast! PMA-PMA-PMA feel much better now

isabella, so sorry that it didn't work out for you guys this time. hang in there and let's not give up yet.

the rest of you girls that are getting tested in the next few days, how are you doing? i am starting to get a few more noticeable AF cramps here and there which is really worrying me. i just don't know what to think of them anymore....

congrats to everyone who got a +ive this month!!!!!! woohooo!!!!!

Congrats to you and your wife! 129 is a great number! How many days since transfer did you test? I went 13 days after transfer and had 175! The nurse said maybe twins!
