I have just completed my second ET on 10th July'06 with 2 frozen embryos. During 1st time 3 embryos were transferred and progesteron injections were given in all 2ww days. I have all the symptoms of preg but ended in BFN.
Out of 7 only 2 embryos survived and transfered. This time Doctor has given me Neogest 400 tablet for all 2ww days instead of injections. I am not feeling anything this time though 6 days have gone.
Has anybody else used this tablet. What r the chances of frozen ebryos to be converted to BFP in comparison to fresh cycle.
Clinics vary widely with their competency with frozen cycles, moreso than their fresh autologous cycles. A few do even better with frozens that with fresh.
Neogest 400 is a tablet which is to be kept inside the vagina every day twice at the gapping of 12 hrs. I don't know its composition. Doctor has prescribed this against progesteron injections.

Sounds like a 400mg progesterone suppository. Twice a day would make 800mg, which sounds like a good dosage for that method of delivery. With injections, you'd need less to get the same effect (typical are 50mg or 100mg), but patients hate the injections.
