Thanks for your replies girls. It seems quite a common thing that the hospital don't do a beta test but instead want you to do a home preg test.
Got a tip from a forum member to ask my own GP if she'll arrange one for me. I'm seeing her on tuesday so fingers crossed.

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to update everyone with my scan We saw 1 beanie !!! And we saw the heart beating!!!!! The doctor said the measurements and all the blood levels are great and the heart is beating great!!!! So we are so happy and feel good about this pregnancy now. I was so nervous not to see the heart beating but, it was beating nice! I thought it was twins by my levels but, doc said no just 1 healthy one! :D :D

I go back again next Thursday for another scan and bloodwork before they discharge me to my own OBGYN!!!

Well, Goodluck everyone! JESS XXX

Way to go Jess that's excellent news!! I've been looking all day for you to post to see how you got on - this time difference is really inconvenient at times!

Best of luck with everything

Congratulations Jess - you give me hope!! I can't wait for my scan 8/7 - trying to be patient. It's also a big day for us 'cause it's our first day of no more PIO shots, yeah!

LM - you are welcome to post here or anywhere you want! Good luck!

Sasa - I wouldn't worry (yeah right like that's possible). I felt symptoms during 2WW but realized could be due to meds ... started worrying last week because felt "less pregnant." But this week my HUGE appetite is back and I'm embarassed to say I'm already wearing some maternity shirts. Have a bump already, but I'm sure due to the swollen ovaries, water retention and all my excessive eating. Really I've got to get control of that - but can't seem to control myself right now. Shopping for new bras this weekend - won't go into too much detail and gross you all out but these monsters are growing at a freakish rate.

Anyone feeling really sick yet?

Hi Raquel,

I was really sick the week before the HPT but I'll just put that down to the meds. I'm just so exhausted, I'm lucky I don't work as I need a nap in the morning and afternoon! I'm not even going to go into the size of my boobs - let's just say off to buy a new bra this morning!

I'm not going to complain about any of it though!

Hope everyone has a lovely day

Jo

Well guys im back!!!!!

All went well they had to defrost 6 embryos to get 3 healthy ones.

They implanted a 9 cell, 5 cell, and 2 cell. So now they are snuggling down in their home for the next nine months.

We have 4 frosties left, so if we are not fortunate to make it this time, we have one go left and that will be our last.

Good luck to you all
Hugs

Racquel your scan is the same day as mine, :D I am hoping the time will come round quickly, I cant wait. I to have a bump and I cant even use meds as an excuse because I only took Clomid for 5 days and that was it. I got measured for a bra the other day because all mine were tight and I have gone up 2 cup sizes!

Not really feeling sick but have strange pains, feel almost like growing pains on left side of stomach any one else getting these :?:

Jo I agree with you about not complaining about any symptoms, I strangely look forward to them all :P

LM good luck for Saturday, mine was a FET with a 3 day transfer.

Rachel your officially on your 2ww now, I hope it speeds by for you.

Jordan one more sleep to go, sending tons of babydust your way
