Sorry to hear your BFN Jeffer. I am also testing on the 24th and might go and buy a test today to do but i have read on this forum that they are not always accurate and that some women have had a BFP after a negative HPT when they have had their blood tests, so there might still be hope. Thinking of you

So sorry to hear your news Tonia.

Jennifur you should wait until you either get blood test or the ideal test date as you can get the wrong results if you do it too soon but i do understand that the temptation is there to do it early.

Got a phone call from embryologist and out of our 15, 14 were fertilised with icsi and we now have 11 embryos!!! They will phone us again tommorow to give us an update. ET will be either mon or Wed.

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Susan--WooHoo!! 11 embies!! So great!! Keep us updated when your ET date!! Good Luck!

Elliecat--I feel the same as you. The close to test date the more unsure I am about it have working this time! I did a test yesterday and it was negative and I think I will do another one before I go to get my blood test. I will go to my local hospital lab to get the test and they will fax it to my clinic and then they will call me. I am suppose to work that day but now I am thinking about not working because I don't want to get bad news while I am at work... Wishing you a BFP!!!!

Jennifer--I hope we both get a great suprise from our blood tests!!!

lm--Good luck today and I hope everything went great and the 2ww flies for you!!! Keeping you in my prayers

Nicola--how are you? hope all is going well!!

Have a great weekend!

Tonia-so sorry to hear your news! I am praying for you.

Susan- 11 is awesome!

Jeffer and ellie- Good luck on the 24th! I hope you both get your BFP!

Jeck-When are you testing? I am praying for you....remember, you never know with those HPT's. SO many people have gotten negatives then been surprised with a positive beta...hang in there!

MY UPDATE...Well, we got up early and went to the clinic for the transfer...The doctor came in to talk to us about how many we should put back...The embryologist and doctor agree that I have too many good ones....5 are 8 cell grade 1 now, and 1 is grade 2. She said they are all great! ("Even your dud is good!") Their protocol is to put three back if you do a day three transfer ...the doctor was afraid they would all take and we would wind up with triplets...So we are now hoping we will have two good ones to put back on Monday. Keep praying...I feel like it is working!

Baby dust for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ladies, hope you are all having relaxing weekend.

I'm settling into my 2ww very well, i'm surprisingly relaxed and cool about it all, but it's still early days.

I had some spotting yesterday but it's gone away today and hopefully will stay away for the next nine months.

We start our road trip to Maryland tomorrow, which i'm really looking forward to. A week of relaxation!!!!

I will be checking up on you all as there is wireless internet in our room.

Jeck, Elliecat and Jeffer wishing you all the luck on Monday. I'm praying that you get the strong BFP's you deserve.
Leave the HPT alone they are evil and upsetting. You tested too soon.

Susan - That's wonderful news all those embryo, i'm sure there are a few winners in there.

lm - Hope everything went well with your transfer and your little angels are snuggling in well. When do you test?? Why don't you add to the August testing list.

Hope everyone else is doing ok and keeping on track.

Take Care

Thankyou for the good thoughts. I have my blood test on Monday at 9.00am and have to wait 1 hour until i go to my doctors for the results. Can't believe how slow this weekend is going. I have avoided doing a HPT after reading negative things about them but the temptation is very strong. Do not feel positive today because i have my period symptons and keep expecting to see it whenever i visit the loo. :x

Jeck and Jeffer hang in there who knows your blood tests might be a nice surprise there is still hope. I think you should definatly take the time of work Jeck it is going to be to stressful a day to think about anything else.

Congratulations susan and Im good luck on your ET's.

Hi all. how are we all doing? I was speaking to a lady I know today (don't know her that well) and she has a 7mth old boy and she said he was IVF so I told her about me. She had 4 shots - 3rd time had a positve but didn't stay and her 4th a BFP. You'll never guess - she's 4mths pregnant. Naturally!!!!! Amazing. There's hope for us yet. I'm so happy for her.
Jen- Great to hear from you. Just back from my hols in Cuba. Had an ace time. Great you're loving your Mini. I knew you would. I missed mine when I was away (how sad). Excited about starting my treatment again but not looking forward to the 2WW. Hope your treatment goes well. I'm on school hold just now. Four weeks left. Bliss!!!! Thanks for thinking about me. Let me know how you get on. I was reading in one of my DH's car magazines and at the British Car Show in London there is a Mini barge. You only can get on by showing your Mini car key fob. Cool eh? Have you registered on the Ministry site for Mini owners. It's cool. You get money off restaurants and hotels and Mini treats. Take care. Paula x Image
