Hard to say

Post by mariab1976 »

It's kind of hard to say. Every clinic is different. It also matters where you are located and how much competition each clinic has.

I am in St. Louis, MO. and the price they list without insurance is @10,000 not including ICSI and AH. But with my insurance the may have gotten half of that after Aetna low-balled every single one of their charges. This does not include medicine. I probably spent 3,500 on medicine alone. But you might not need as much as I had so the cost would go down.

The best way to get specific information is to go to their website and request more information.

I am also in St. Louis--Hi Maria!!

IVF----------------$8,000
IVF + AH---------$8,500
IVF/ICSI---------$9,000
IVF/ICSI + AH---$9,500

They also have a shared risk program, where if you pay like $17k something, and you do not get a BIRTH [not just prego--but birth] then you get $14k of it back to pay for another go round up to three times.

My insurance covers 0%!!!!!

This does not cover meds though. But I went through IVPCare Pharmacy and they have cheaper prices and deliver via FedEx for free. Also, if you are in the states, you can join the AAA Club [you don't have to have AAA insurance, but I think it make si t cheaper] and they have a Pharmacy card. It is not insurance, but it gives you a discount on drugs that your insurance will not cover. I looked up IVF meds and you can save hundreds of dollars on each med!!!! [and your AAA subscription would not be that much!!]
