i've just had my 1st complete cycle and unfortunatly last week did my test and in was neg!!
at the beginning of the year i started a cycle of ivf and i didn't respond to the menopur so after 6 days they stopped treatment
i'm only 27 and have regular periods so found this strange, has anyone else had this reaction and if so what was your next step??
i then went down the route of DE from my sister, we collected 13, by the time it came to ET i had 6 embries they put back 2 grade 1 embries they were 9 and 6 cells, this was day 3. By day 5 only 1 got to blastocyst so it was frozen.
its now nearly one week since my -ive result and i'm having a terrible period, but at least that means i'm one my way to starting my next cycle.
hopefully my one and only frozen embrie will work but if not i'll have to look for a different route to take so if , if any of you have had similar response to the menopur but then found another way round it i'd love to hear your story i won't give up
