I had day 5 trasfer but my one of my frozen ones went to day 6 as it was slightly slower to get to the spitting stage. they say blastocyst is the best stage to transfer but there are risks of getting them to that stage. My clinic only does it if there is enough backups!!! They say they get a better idea of which embryos are best.

I was lucky and had 15 at egg collection, 11 fertilised and then 2 blastocyst transferred and 4 frozen.

Monac dont worry that you dont have any symptoms all we can do is stay stress free and wait. When do you do your test?? is it blood test or pt???

I am getting a blood test on 5th which is only day 10

Keep smiling

Don't trust the evil sticks--let the doctor tell you after the bloodwork! The cramping that you are experiencing could mean something else! Keep your head up!

Hi Monac,

You've tested way too early, don't read anything into the test. My clinic only wants you to do a HPT 16 days after transfer! You are going for a beta test on Wednesday as it will probably still be too early to show up on a HPT.

I know it's so hard and I can't talk, I started doing them 7 days after transfer but they aren't worth it as we only end up miserable because they're negative!

Be patient! lol

Best of luck for Wednesday

Thanks everyone for your support. I had a 6 day transfer on 7/24 so it been 6 days now. And I read somewhere that blastocysts should implant the day of transfer or the following day. What do you think? So if this is true wouldnt a test show something or im i just driving my self nuts. I have been taking it easy since the cramping on thursday. The cramping has stopped but
the area below my navel feels tender like i felt after the retrival. Has anyone felt this after there transfer. Im trying to keep my spirits up and just pray these test are wrong. I will just wait for the big day on wednesday.
