Water and milk/protein!

Hi, About the 2 litres of water and 1 litreof milk you need to drink during IVF - does anyone know if you can could to water/milk that you drink in tea/other drinks etc. I find the milk bit easy but I find 2 litres of water a bit much - it seems to take ages to get through a big bottle of evian!

Also, I know a lot of people take the protein drinks. do you have these as well as the milk or instead?

I just wanted to let you know that i have never heard of the milk or that much water. I know that you should drink tons of water if you have OHSS but other then that my doctor never mentioned any of that.
hope you get the answer you are looking for...If you are confused then ask your doctor.

well its always a good idea to keep well hydrated anyway
good hydration good uterus and lining i guess
but mostly you do just need to drink loads if you get ohss
a lot of ppl say that milk is better if you do get it
do check with your doc for your peace of mind
but try not to let things such as that worry you too much
worrying is not good
