for my niece ,who gave birth yesterday to her stillborn son....at 20 weeks.

dear debbie,

im so sorry at the hurt and pain you are going through...i know its not easy for you or your gibby, i just want you to know that i feel your pain and can only imagine how devastated and hollow you feel....i sense it on the phone to your mum.....
everyone tells me he looks lovely and a perfect little man...i will be home as soon as he is released for you's to bury....i also found it comforting to know you want him buried with your nana....im sure mum will be waiting with baited breath for her great grand son...she will look after him....

before i go,i want you to know im so proud of you debbie...proud of the way you have coped even when you are so heartbroken...it's your birthday next week...you will be 25yrs old...still young but with an empty heart....we..your family will be there for you and help guide and fill that heart of yours right back up....

i am so so sorry. my heart and prayers are with you and your family.

you have some hard days ahead of you.
please know that there are alot of us here that will be here for you .
our son was born to early we where able to hold him in our arms while he took his last breaths.
it was 2 days before my b-day to.

there are some great poems on here ..
they have helped me alot.

smita and ogr1............thankyou so much for posting... once my neice is up to it,i will tell her about this web site so she can view for herself.... its been really hard and i have felt a bit awkward because my happiness goes on and just feel totally for her.....
my sister,debbie's mum, also lost a son at birth,debbie's brother so its like history repeating itself...

Oh Kareen,

I just saw this thread for the first time. What a painful time this must be for your niece and all of her family involved. I just pray that GOD will fill her hollow with another healthy baby soon. I know the lost baby could not be replaced, but hopefully another child will bring her happiness one day again... She is young and this must feel like the end of the world for her or anyone in her shoes. I hope God grants her peace and serenity in the days to come.

So sad, I'm so sorry for your families loss.
