Spring 07 Due Dates

Post by racquel »

Hi everyone - originally posted this to July Testing on General Board then felt major guilt because other ladies were still in 2WW or had BFN's and I don't know, it just doesn't feel right to post pregnancy worries there...

Anyway, I'm hoping it's my imagination but I'm really worried because I just don't feel pregnant any more. I know it's crazy but I've had lots of AF-type cramps (no bleeding) my huge cravings are gone, I'm not hungry at all really, even nausea seems to be better (though I do still get waves of it from time to time.) My breasts aren't sore and I swear they're shrinking, but DH says I've just gotten used to them. He's worried too when he noticed I'm not sleeping or eating as much.

We're trying not to worry, just waiting for 8/7 for our 1st sono. At first we were feeling very sorry that we have to wait so long - it will be 8 weeks - but after seeing some of your experiences I glad that we didn't go in early just to have more of a scare if we didn't see the heartbeat yet, etc...

Hoping us pregnancy newbies can share symptoms, fears and all the good experiences here, too...

Hope you're all feeling well! :) take care, Racquel

Racquel, you're funny! I didn't have any signs of pregnancy at all until 1 day before my 7 week scan (and remember I'm pg wtih twins). And when I finally did, my symptons came & went and changed each week. I certainly understand your concern and worry, but don't let it make you crazy. You have a week until your scan. I'm sure everything will be just fine!! And then you can be glad that you don't have major sickness....because when you do, you will not like it. hee hee

Thanks Krisit and Tracii - it gives me some comfort to hear it's "normal" for symptoms to come and go - it's having them, then not that got me so worried. I didn't find any references to this in the tons of books I've bought -- shows you you just have to go to your girlfriends (even if they are virtual) for the important advice. I'm feeling a bit better mentally, and had new and very real cravings today which was nice, and another day with very little nausea, I feel VERY lucky!!

Welcome to the boards Allie!

Enjoy - Racquel
