It came up negative. I'm kind of glad I did it though so I can prepare myself for the serum test on Saturday. I have heard of false positives b/c of the HCG shots but, not so sure that a false negative can happen. I believe it b/c I never once had implantation spotting. I have no symptoms of being pregnant either.Shame on me

I know by now that it is not a good idea to do a home pg test. I caved last night and did one It came up negative. False negatives happen ALL OF THE TIME!!! There are many women here who have had false negatives the day fo their betas. I didn;t get my first positive until 10dp3dt. And not even on the frist 2 I took. My positive was the third test fo the day (EPT).

Hopeful - I had 2 negative hpts AFTER my official test date! The clinic test was faint so they made me wait another 5 days. I couldn't wait and did 2 home tests. Both negative (days 16 + 18). But they were wrong. It was positive and now I've got 9 and a bit weeks to go!

Step away from the hpt! They are evil and no good can come from them! I had 2 negatives after my test date but a positive 4 days later. Hang in there and wait for the bloods. Everything crossed for you!

OK, I know everyone told you HPTs are Evil, we yess they are without a doubt and to prove to you how evil they are i will share with you my story. I started the hpt on day 6 after transfer and ofcourse it was negative and then day 8, and day 10 all negative finally on day 11 when i went in for my beta it was a positive, and by the way the stupid HPT should have picked up my hormone level as i am pregnant with TRIPLETS!!!!!! my beta was at 336 and it still couldnt detect it, so please dont panic and put yourself under sooo much stress. I wish you goodluck and pray that you too will get a BFP soon.
