OMG, OMG, OMG

Post by samandaw1 »

OMG, OMG, OMG-- I think I got a BFP!

Like I have said in the strand before my clinic does not give results until the second blood test to make sure it rises. Today was my first BT and I called and begged ( I also brought in bagels to bribe). They told me they are very confident that I am pregnant but just to stay "cautiously optimistic" but to go out and celebrate because they are pretty darn sure!!

My numbers were either 46 or 48, I can not remember now. I still have HCJ injection fluid in me as I had to do three shots of it but they still feel my number is high. Any Input from those who know?

Anyhow, OMG, OMG, OMG. I actually have been singing and floating all day. I am waiting to tell others until Sunday but thank god for this website where i can share the happy news NOW. Keep fingers crossed.

Here is a link for the normal HCG levels in pregnancy.

http://www.americanpregnancy.org/during ... evels.html

My Beta will be next Thursday the 17th. I am taking Ovidrill boosters every 4 days since my ER, and I am on Projestrone cream. I did not want to do the PIO shots, so we are doing this instead. It is working too, my projestrone was 209.4 as of yesterday! Anyhow, my Dr. told me my first Beta might be a false + because the Ovidrill (HCG) will still be in my system. It stays in there for 10 days. I know when I did just injectables with the boosters, as soon as the 10 days was up I started AF. I really pray and hope you have a BFP and your number goes up the next time you test!!!!! It stinks waiting, does it?

I had three grade 2, 2 cell embroys transfered on day 2. I had 11 at ER but only three made it after the ICSI. But I hope my three little ones are hanging on!!!

Take care, and think BFP!!!

Kelly,

If it makes you feel better I had only two by transfer time and just as many retrieved. Mine is also a male factory so I was soooo bummed that that happened and quite unexpected. Well, yesterday I got my BFP. It will be confirmed on Sunday but they feel it was a success. YOu really would rather only have one left that can work than more that won't. I know that is easier said but it really is true. It needs to all be the right stuff adding up.

Good luck to you
