Hi,
Sarah - its now or never this time cos its our 9th full cycle and 10th et - and I can't cope with anymore. I need to move on with my life one way or another. DH and I have been going through the fertility treatments all our married lives. Dh isn't yet ready to give up but as its my body that goes through it all - I know I've had enough. Which of course doesn't help the pressure in this 2ww!
Nikola - we used to joke at the support group we ran that we wanted 'moth-eaten' embryos as everyone with those got pregnant and those of us with grade 1 everytime where left on the rollercoaster to try again! So have faith and stay positive!
Alison B- it must seem like a long time since April but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you for Oct.
Di

Di,
OMG 9th time!! You have really gone through it and I really really really hope its is your time-extra ++ve vibes coming your way...

Alison-waahey!! about time....good luckxx will still be thinking of you

July ann-try & stay positive, This is my first 2ww and apart from a couple of niggly throbbing painsin my lower abdomen yesterday have no symptons at all and Im sure I imagined the niggles!! convinced it has not worked as had 2 day migraine which always happens a few days before AF but trying to stay positive. From reading through old threads have decided (easier said than done) to ignore all pains, niggles, winges as it could mean anything.....

Good luck all xx
Sarah
p.s
By the way I got an email from Lesley in Durham(tmt at newcastle) She is having problems logging on but wanted me to let you all know she is thinking og you. She is injecting & has scan on wed with possible EC 3/09 & et 25/09........She is till keeping an eye on us!!

Hi all (especially to Lesley - its so damned annoying when it won't let you log on!!)

Hurrah Alison - AF at last. I'll be watching to see how you do with your FET. Fingers crossed and to you too Trace - I remember you from when I cycled last time - I'm so pleased you're managing to have a go soon!

Sarah/July Ann - the 2WW is always a nightmare. Try and do something nice and ignore all the aches and pains. Its not over till the fat lady sings (if my fertility nurses are reading this - I wasn't implying anything about you two!!)

Di - when do you test? It must be soon! I really really really hope this is your turn - it damn well deserves to be! I'm going to look affectionately at the picture of my 'moth-eaten' embies from now on!

Kat - good luck with EC this week!

And good luck to everyone else too.

love nikola.xx

Sarah, forgot to say that the hpt I had last time could be done at any time of day (I think it was Clearblue) so I did it when I got home from work. Unfortunately -ve but at least I didn't have to go into work having just done it.
Jackie - how was your scan? Are you having EC on Weds same as me? I have to do profasi injection tonight and am booked for EC 9.00am Weds. It seems to have been so quick this time round, I am usually put back a couple of days, lets hope this is a good sign - hopefully 2ww will go just as quick!
lots of love
Kat xx
July Ann - glad you are feeling better - I posted you on your other thread to check up on you!!

Sarah - I spoke to my fertility nurse today to ask about hpt and she said it has to be in the morning otherwise its likely to show a -ve. Reason for this is because it has to be urine that has been 'stored' for at least 6 hours to gain an accurate reading! I was going to do one on Wed night, so I was prepared for the test on Thurs, but she said I'd have to do in the morning, so I can't be bothered and will just wait for the blood test!

kat - pleased you had 'fun' on Sunday night - lucky you!

love nikola.xx

hi girls.
yes, i know it's a bit early for me to be posting... but i do sleep sometimes!!!!
i had my scan today and i'm not quite cooked yet, so i am booked in again for another one on weds, so it looks like kat you will be gone before me..
i have got some tiny ones on right side and bigger ones on left{which is where all my aches and pains are}
so the :fun: that DH and i had last night, will just have to be repeated all over again on tuesday. so i guess every cloud has a silver lining!!!
nikola - i caught a glimpse of myself and very slim sister and even slimmer friend in my patio doors tonight, and i am now vowing weight watchers here i come.
july-ann thanks for all your positive talk to everyone.xx
sarah - i too found all the EC and ET horribly painful last time, so they left some follies inside me as was too sore. so scared about that happening again.
katew - are you kat? or have you just not posted for a while?
di how are you going? when are you going to test?
to all i have left out you are not forgotten lots of positive vibes.
love jackieT xxx

Hi Jackie

You shouldn't start ww until after your tmt, because (a) yours will be successful this time! and (b) you should deprive yourself of anything whilst going through the tmt.

On the subject of EC/ET my ET was v.painful last time, but this time it was fine, so I guess we probably remember it as being a lot worse than it actually is! I hope you find this too.

Good luck with your scan on Wed!

love nikola.xx
