Well not much on my end except to say I'm survivng the 2 ww quite well at present but still another 11 days or so to go.

Dory - Thank you again for your kind words. I appreciate them. Now - Sing it to me sister! A vacation in Mexico? That sounds amazing! I spent the month of June in Denmark with my family - now they have beaches - but come on - its freezing there. If you need me to meet you there to mix your drinks, or make your bed I will tell my husband that I need to go to help out. Where are you going? I am going to have to live vicariously through you as my summer is coming to an end quickly. I teach kids who are kicked out of high school and I have to go back to my little convicts next week. They are lucky I am off the drugs now - I might be nicer

Nicki - I hope you are feeling better - dont you hate how we know our bodies too well? My friends think I am crazy when I tell them when I feel ovulation, etc but we just know. The only thing I sometime remind myself is that on all these medications our bodies are sometimes not our own so just maybe it is a mixed signal. I will be here for you when you find out!

KD - If you want, maybe we could go and vacation in Mexico with Dory to soothe our weary bodies with the joys of tequila... you in? I know exactly how you feel right now and will listen to all your gripes with the world. Lord knows I have been ranting and raving.

Pat - Any word? Did you have a blood test? I am hoping for the best.

Lis - the two week wait is a killer - do you have netflix? I watched quite a few movies and got caught up on some great books. So it wasnt a total waste of time!

MB - thank you for your kind words. I appreciate your concern. Hope all is well with you!

Jovigal - You might as well use the tests - just NOT TOO SOON! We don't want a false negative to ruin your week - it will only make it longer. Hold out as long as you can. Like I told Lis - watch a movie or read a book - at least that will give the hcg a little time to double

Nneal - how do you feel? Are you taking it easy?

I know I missed a few of you - but know I am thinking of you and hoping for some more smiley faces to fill that list! I am off to pack - did I mention that during my 2ww I sold my house and bought another??? Yes - I am having some regrets that that might have caused me some stress and lead to it not to work - but I am not great at sitting still. So in all my advice - do as I say - not as I do as regrets are the worst!!

There is so much going on in here! I am so sorry to see the change in smileys on Dory's chart! I know that I haven't addressed everyone,but hoping all is well and getting through this as best possible! Take care and stay strong ladies!

Hey girls the more the merrier, but you got to pay your own way, we can only afford to go because we got some money back on all the IVF we have done, we had 2 choices=

1- keep hold of it in case the next cycle doesn't work, and use it for another cycle, which will probably not work and it will have been wasted.

2- spend it on a good holiday an relax and enjoy ourselves.....

WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE????

We opted for no 2, what the hell, we had already written the money off, and we need some TLC time, so look out Mexico here we come.......

We are going to Cancun, hopefully the Dreams Luxury Resort and Spa, we did look at the Moon Palace, but it didn't look so romantic.......

We are hoping to go around the 23rd Sept which is our 6th wedding anniversary and i still won't be worrying about meds...

Dory-We were in Cancun and had a good time. The only thing I didn't like was the the drinking age is 18 and so there were a lot of "kids" drinking, being stupid and not handling their liquor when we went downtown for some nightlife fun! All and all, we had fun. You deserve a vacation!

Amy & KD- My heart goes out to both of you. I am truely sorry and want things to work out for you!!! I imagine this is very hard.

Dory- Mexico, how fun???? I went to Cancun in June and it was a blast. A week before I started treatment and it got me ready.

If anyone wants to vacation in Denver, you are all more than welcome. Of course hopefully all of us will be pregnant by ski season so we will just have to spa it!!

I start work (I am a social worker in a high school) up thursday. I think it will be a nice distraction for me.

I am so greatful for my outcome and only want the best for all of you. I talk to my DH about each of you as I know you personally. I share your stories sad and happy but hopefully only future happy ones. Let me know if I can support any of you any way.

Wannababy your last post made me laugh! We are so used to drunken teens here in Britain where the legal drinking age is 18 but most start at around 14!! And the government seems to think that giving pubs a 24 hr drinking licence will decrease the rates of "binge drinking"!! So the moral of the story is - never have a holiday in Boozy Britain!! Ha ha Lol!

Well, I am on my 2ww and 2dpt. I am cramping which I think is normal.

Dory - check out the Gran Caribe Real in Cancun. There are two of them, but the one we stayed was right on the beach. It was great and our best vacation. It is all inclusive and even has a swim up bar in the pool! They have waiters that come out to the beach and serve lunch/drinks. Okay, now I want to go on vacation!

Nicki - So sorry for your BFN. It stinks!

I am soooo sorry to read about some of the recent disappointments. My heart goes out to you all.

Congratulations to the new BFP's!!

Dory...Mexico sounds great. I am a teacher, so school starts next week...no Mexico for me! Where in Ohio are you living now? I live in Columbus!

Here is my update...For those of you that don't remember, I tested Aug. 2 and my Beta was 393. By Aug. 4 it was 1190, and by Aug 7 it was 4871. so numbers looked good. I was/ am still a basket case because my extremely small amount of symptoms keep coming and going. I guess that is normal. (so they say) Anyway, we had a scan on Monday (5 weeks and 5 days) and saw two gestational sacs. One had a yolk sac and one had a measurable embryo with a visual heart beat. I was thrilled, but am now nervous about the one without the heartbeat. the Dr. said it was too early...he was even surprised to see one beating away. So we go back Tuesday to check again....I had a miscarriage in Feb. so I am second guessing every single thing!

AGain....I am praying for you all!!!!
