BFN and A/F

Hi,

I got a BFN on Sunday, I was just wondering how long it usually takes for A/F to show up after you stop all drugs?

Hi Pat:

I am so sorry about your BFN.

I got my BFN on July 10th and AF showed up on the 16th. I am very regular. I've heard all the meds can mess up your first cyle. Following AF was right on time it was just the first one that was delayed a little bit. Hope this helps.

Hi Pat, I got my BFN on the Thursday and AF showed up on the Sunday which was the day it was due, I was doing FET, if they are doing an IUI, it may be different.
I stopped, my progesterone pesseries and estrogen jabs on the Thursday.

With my 1st FET, it took over a week for AF to arrive, I think it varies so much.....

So sorry for your sad news, have you had a BT to confirm it???

Pat - I am so sorry. Last year, when I had IVF and it was unsuccessful, A/F came on the day of the test. I know each case is different but I just thought I would post to send you hugs and I wish you much strength.

Thanks for your replies.

When I spoke to the Clinic on Monday to inform them of my BFN, I was told to stop taking all drugs and that A/F should come by today (Weds), which it hasn't, I rang the Clinic back today to let them know it hasn't come, I've now been told to do another HPT 2moro morning and if it's still a BFN, I have to go in to be checked out just incase of an ectopic pg.

Anyway I'll update you's lata.

Good luck Pat, I hope everything is alright, If AF still hasn't arrived by tomorrow and if the test still comes up BFN, i would demand a blood test...
