Sam

Many congratulations.

Fingers crossed that tomorrow will confirm all your numbers are heading upwards.

In the meantime take care and try to enjoy the fact that you have got this far.

Lots of Luck.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IT is official. I am pregnant. I am so excited. My numbers went from 46 to 226 so it is a sure thing!!! YEah.

I will tell you, I never thought beyound this moment. I thought it would jinx me. Now I am like "oh my god, what do I do?" I have not read a thing as I did not want to emotionally go there. All of a sudden I am freaked out (In SUCH A GOOD WAY) that something is growing inside of me. I need to figure out what to eat and all of that kinda stuff.

I can't beleive this. This feeling is soooo great that I want/wish it to happen to all of you. I will be staying on so I know what happens to each of you as I think about you everyday and every step of your way.

Much love and happiness

Sam,

I am SOOO happy for you! Congrats. WOW BFP, the best thing ever. Your numbers are great too.

I get my first test this Thursday. I have a question for you. You stated you took the HCG for a booster three times. I have done the same, I took my last booster last night. I am also taking projestrone suppositories. Anyhow, did your clinic tell you your first test might be a false +? Mine told me since I was taking the HCG as a booster my first test might be a false +... So I am just curious and trying to prepar myself! My next and final test will not be until Monday the 21st! A whole week away.

Anyway so happy for you!

Kelly,

Yes, that is/was a fear for myself and my clinic. In fact, it is policy that they do not even give the results of your first beta test. However, I asked the nurses that day as I was ready to have a breakdown and was a mess. They told me that if the numbers looked good they would interept them for me. THey called later and said my numbers were 36 which looked extremely likely I was pregnant (it would have been lower even with the HCG still in my system) They did tell me it had to rise and to stay "cautious" and grounded" but to be excited. I was so excited although did not celebrate the fact I could be pregnant. It did make me A LOT CALMER for my next BW three days later. I then got my BFP. JUst stay away from HPT's as they will not give numbers. The numbers are important.

Best of luck and I am sending PMA and a BFP your way!!!

Sam,

I got my first Beta and the HCG was only 29. How low did your Dr. tell you it would be if it was just the booster HCG in your system? I feel that number is low. My last ovidril booster was on Sunday the 13th, and my test was today... When was your last shot before your first Beta? I am confused and now I have to wait till MOnday. This stinks.

I had my last booster of HCG on a Saturday and my first test was a 30. THey told me my 46 looked great. I think 29 is still good. I think it would be lower than that if you were not pregnant but I am not positive. When I did a web search it said chances are your pregnant (without any HCG) if you are above 5 so maybe the HCG only gives you a little. GOod luck for Monday, I am pulling for you and your ebryos!!!
