Is it too late to have my IUI this cycle? Please help!!!
I finished my 2nd round of Clomid 3 days ago. Today, I went for an ultrasound to check my follicles (Cycle day 10). I had 4 follicles but 2 were fairly large. My doctor told me that she could not give me the Hcg injection because of the potential of hyperstimulation. She told me to buy an ovulation predictor test and test in the morning. If it is positive i am supposed to call her so that we can go in for the IUI. (They also found fluid in my cul de sac which apparently signifies that I am ovulationg or am about to). I decided to take a predictor test tonight and it was positive. Does that mean that I am not going to be able to do the IUI tomorrow because it will be too late considering the fact that they thought that I may be ovulating alreay early to day. Is there a possibility of multiple ovulation? Has anyone had a similar experience?

My understanding of OPK's is that they pick up the LH surge that happens 12-36 BEFORE ovulation. A positive results indicates you are about to ov rather than you already have done.
