Champa - Don't get discouraged just yet. You are almost there. It's better to continue the stims a few more days rather than trying to retrieve before you are ready. Hang in there!

samandaw - I hope the hives clear up quickly.

Lola - I am sorry to hear that your cycle was cancelled. It is better to start with a new cycle rather than go through this one only to find that it would not have worked anyway. Maybe your body just didn't respond well to the Lupron which is why your doctor is not having you do Lupron your next cycle. Hang in there!

Mia --- thank you so much for your support, I was so sad yesterday  but I am better today. How was your trigger shot yesterday, did it hurt? Good luck with your ER tomorrow!!!!

Alicia - thank you my dear, I don't know what I would do without you! You are so sweet! Don't worry, I am not going to leave this thread, I am very important here as I am in charge of our "progress chart". I posted another topic to see how many women have the same problem, I just want to find out how rare it is. Anyway, the fact that you have gained 5 pounds is probably very good sign! Keep going, girl!!!!

Champa --- good luck with everything, you are almost there and trust the doctors, they have the same goal as you!!!

Myhb - so you are not the last one anymore out of all of us, I feel like I am such a slow snail and everybody gets ahead of me. Actually I am a turtle this time  Thank you for your support, it means a lot to me these days.

Sending a huge hug to all of you and thank you !!!

Lola, I'm glad you are feeling better today. After all it's not the end, just a minor set back.
The trigger shot went fine. It didn't hurt a bit. I'm surprised because all my shots and blood draws in the last 4-5 days have hurt. I'm not sure why. I'm also bruising pretty bad in some spots. Has this happened to anyone else? DH thinks it's his fault because he thinks he nicked blood vessels. I think I might need some extra vitamins, maybe iron. I don't know, I guess I'll do some research. :?

My RE said he heard a slight heart murmur during my pre-op exam today. He asked if I've been told before about it and I said no. So he said it's probably because I'm anxious. I laughed because anxious is right! Not about ER really, but more about what he's going to tell me on Friday :? . Anyway ER is going on as planned. He said I have 12 follies and normally they get an average of 70% with eggs. He thinks we should get around 7 eggs, more or less. I'm fine with that as long as they are healthy :)

Champa, Any news about the follies yet? Do you know when you will trigger?

Alicia, I'm praying for good news! :D I can't wait to hear!

Oh Lola-- I am so sorry about your cancellation. I know that you know that it is for the best--nonetheless--still disappointing, I know. Take care of yourself!

Champa--good luck with trigger shot. Your time of administration is good. Mine was at 1:30 am!

Hopeful--I'm glad your TS went well!

Sam--take care of your hives!

I hope all is well with everyone else!

It's now 2dp3dt--felt pretty crampy last night and a little today. My face looks a bit flushed. I think my body is getting adjusted to all that it had to endure over the past few weeks. My body is sore from lying in bed for the past 2 days--I need a massage! :)

crampy is probably good. I'll bet it's implantation cramps :D
I'll be praying for you to have a sticky embie or 2! 8)

Champa, congrats on getting the go ahead to do the trigger shot! We're 1 day apart 8) It's no where as near as bad as I thought. It was the most painless shot I've had in 4 days :) Good luck!

Mia- Its good to know that the shot wast't bad. All the best for ur ER. Eat a lot at night so that u can survive the empty stomach morning

wannababy1229 - 1.30 AM !!! that's really bad and on top of that we can't eat anyting till the procedure is done.. How did u manage that? Its really creditable.

I got a pretty good slot. My shot time is 10.30 pm tonight (23rd) and ER will be at 9.30 AM on friday(25th).

Mia & Champa - I can't believe its time for ER already!!! Its seems like we are all supposed to still be starting injections. Good luck and both of you will be in my prayers.

Lola - :D I am sooo happy to hear your staying, besides like Sam said we are all going to the next board together. Time will go by quickly and we will all be here to keep you company.

Wannababy - How are you feeling? I know bedrest is hard, but its all going to be worth it in the end. Wishing you lots of baby dust. :D

I'm getting a little worried, I haven't had any cramping today. I hope thats not a bad sign. :? Tuesday seems so far away and I am so tempted to use a HPT. I know their evil and I promised my DH I wouldn't use one. Lord help me be strong!

Love Alicia

hello everyone! ER went well. I'm in bed right now resting. I'm a little crampy and my hands are sore from where the IV catheter went in. One fell out, so they had to stab me in the other hand to insert a new IV. I hate those things. :x Anyway, out of 12 follicles they got 11 eggs. Sounds good, but my ER explained that they aren't all good. I don't know how good the good ones are. He's going to call tomorrow to let us know how fertilization went. I'm just hoping for a couple really good ones.

I'm going to rest a little now. Hope you all are doing good.

Hi ladies--How's everyone today?

Shapooh--How have you been feeling? Any symptoms?

Champa -Good luck on the egg retrieval tomorrow. It is really quick even though they put you out. I slept like a baby for hours afterwards! Have a peaceful sleep!

Lola--You are a saint for taking care of the updates! YOu are a great support system for all of us :)

Hopeful- I thought that it was the best part of this whole thing--aside fromBFP--that is! 8) Get some rest! Let us kow the verdict tomorow!

Myhb- have you become use to the shots yet! After about the 4th day, I was cool with them!

Well,I deemed myself off of bedrest! Now it's just the waiting game. Alright ladies, don't smack me, but I am considering doing a HPT a day or two before my bloodwork on 9/1. I would like to be prepared either way! I think I have a huge bruise on my booty from progesterone shots. My behind is killing me and it hasn't even been a week yet. I hope that when I go in for my progesterone levels tomorrow, tell will tell me to switch to suppositories!

Does anyone know what is a good progesterone level number? I have no idea.

Sam-have you been tight lipped at work? I went into work today and I swear people were looking at my bloated tummy. I can hear the rumors now--hopeful it won't be a rumor for long!

Wannababy- Really really stay away from the HPT's. THey give many false positives and although you want to be prepared either way, it can give you false hope. YOur BETA numbers have to double because of your HCG levels, that is the only way to know you are pregnant, despite what the tests say.

Are you massaging the shot area with a very hot cloth after the progesterone? After I started doing that, the soarness went away for the most part. I just had to switch to the suppositories and to be honest, it is kinda icky. A bit messy and hard to do three times a day. I kinda think the shot was easier although my behing is appreciating its break.

Malinka- I had min. side effects to lupron although others had some moodiness, headaches, bloating. The lupron is pretty mild compared to the others and you will soon find, the easist to do. Best of luck and welcome.

I just got measured for a bra and I was told I have a 36 E. OMG. That should tell you how big my boobs have gotten. I am normally a 34 C. The funny thing is my boobs have shrunk to half it size of what it was before implantation. I have not told people at work but everyone is staring at my boobs and many people have asked me!!! Not easy to hide those things. My husband laughed at the sight of my new supportive full size bra!

Sam, thanks for the welcome!
yes, I kind of have an idea what is waiting for me in a near future. The only thing that really got me scared is a progesterone injections on oil. I just don't understand why can't doctors prescribe progesterone vagina gel? That needle is sooo big....

Honestly, they are not that bad. The nurses and the size of the needle scares you. I thought the Menopur was worse. The needle is bigger but the area it is going into is also bigger. YOu do get sore afterwards but there are many tricks to help with that.

Good luck!
