Kareen, I'm glad you had the guts to mention sneezing & changing your underwear. I have the same thing from time to time. DH just laughed. Luckily it's always just a few drops. I had a friend warn me of this awhile back and I thought it sounded crazy. Guess it's true though! So sorry about your cold...that's miserable. I had a bad cold for about 2 weeks a short while back. No fun at all when you're pg. Rest up!!

Hayley, I agree with Kareen. I think every twinge or pain worries us, and it's even more so with multiples. I have that right side pain that I've had for several months and have been to two doctors...both say it's a muscle strain from the stretching. I also have the round ligament pain from time to time...that's the bikini line pain.

That being said, listen to your body...if you feel it's not normal, then make sure to call your doc or m/w. When you got checked the other day did you already have that pain? Or did the pain start after? You know my post from a few days ago where my friend when into pre-term labor this week and neither baby survived? Well, since then she told me that she had a pain on her left side for about a week before it happened, but she excused it as muscle pain. Obviously her experience is VERY rare, so don't let that alarm you, but as she told me, it was a good lesson to make sure you notify your doc if you think something is abnormal. It doesn't hurt to call them and it will ease your mind also.

Again, I'm sure it's absolutely nothing...just those normal twinges & pains.

Kareen, can I come over for some roast? Sounds like good protein to help those babies grow!

KristiA, We are praying for your friend that she and her family are able to cope with the loss of their little ones. I think about a lot of things myself and I don't think it can be avoided b/c we are all human.

Hi Ladies, Just curious if anyone experience a little pain when their little ones move?

Hello! I was one of the July testers and was hoping to join this thread. I am carrying twins and this is my first pregnancy. I am having a rough time w/ morning sickness and have had this constant runny nose (very annoying).

However, I am very grateful to be pregnant on top of all my complaining. Just wanted to say hello and wish everyone luck as I see I am the last person in this thread to deliver but will keep in touch and check on everyones progress. Bye!!

Hi all

Hope you are getting on well with your pregnancys!!!

This is my first post on the twin topic,it looks like i could be the furthest gone!!

I am so uncomfortable now and have trouble sleeping as both babies are on either side so i have to lay on one of them, causing them to kick and squirm, hence the fact i don't get much sleep!

Counting the days now,i have midwife app on thurs and another scan in 2 weeks time,at the moment 1 twin is head down and 1 is breech so if she stays that way i will have a c-section,so hopefully if that is the case i should have a date.

I have posted a recent photo of my bump on the photo bucket so you can all see how big you could get!!!

Its lovely having twins as everyone spoils you rotten,i have so many gifts already and they are not even here yet!
We are all very special!

Look after yourselves!

Hi Jo! Yep, you are the farthest along! Glad you joined to tell us what to expect in the end! Chelle is just one week behind you. So I'm going to get more uncomfortable than I am now? :) Great picture! Glad you posted it. I'm going to post another one at the end of the week when I hit 30 weeks. You're having two girls, right? I'm having two boys.

My Baby A is still head down and Baby B is still breech also. I believe Chelle's is the same too. We talked about the option of giving birth to A naturally, then sinced the birth canal is open they can pull out B by it's feet, or try flipping him. If that doesn't work, than a C for Baby B. Hence, recovering from both (not exciting). Denise, who had her twins a few weeks ago did it that way and they were able to pull Baby B out.

Welcome, Kabillion and congrats!! Before you know it you'll go from being the newbie on this thread, to being the furthest along. Time just flies. I can't believe it.

Oh, Ahart, no I don't really have pain when the babies move, but I do say "ouch" outloud sometimes when they kick or move hard. I wouldn't say it's painful, but the way I say it I suppose it sounds like it is. And in some ways it is alittle painful....but not enough pain that it worries me. Hope that made sense.

Hi all

I am growing and growing at quite an alarming rate. I have just seen your piccie, Jo, and now I know where I am heading! You look very relaxed and healthy with a lovely bump! :D Today, maybe because of the dress I was wearing, I noticed people I dont really know talking to the bump rather than me

Hayley
I feel a lot of twinges here and there and largely ignore them. However, as Krisiti says, if one twinge persists and doesnt go away get it checked for your own sanity!

On the subject of, erm, changing underwear, I had that problem in the 1st tri when I was wretching with sickness!! Looks like I have it to look forward to again.

Kabillion
Welcome! The sickness did ease, so hope yours does!

I hope you are feeling better Kristi

Love to all and sorry to anyone missed

Hey guys.

Just checking back in. The girls are up to 8 lbs, and 8 5, so doing really well. And i still feel immensely relieved to not be pregnant any more, lol.

I was reading through all of your posts, and yes, I had the sneeze problem, and the bloody noses, and all the fun stuff, all of which seems to end when you can deliver those little miracles.

I've been checking in on photobucket and watching those bumps grow - how exciting! Let me tell you, you'll become an expert on one handed typing after they are born!

Hey Denise! I always look forward to your updates. Your girls are growing! And they are over a month old now. So we'll forget all the aches, pains, and "fun stuff" after they are born, huh? That does make sense because even the 1st T morning sickness seems like a blur to me and seems like "no big deal" now. Glad to hear you and your girls are doing well.

Actually the first tri stuff fades even more when you get the extra special stuff in the third tri.. lol. The heartburn comes back, and some people get the morning sickness again.

Just hang on, the longer you bake those babies, the less time in the NICU. And its totally worth it when you meet them for real!
