I tried from home and work so I knew that it was the site but I am so glad we are all back For the cyst question I had little cyst and my doc gave me the BC to get rid of them so I wouild have to belive that taking the B/C would get rid of any you may have...

I have heard great things about FET and success rates.. Dear Ghost has posted about a lady who had IVF I think 10 times and the FET is what worked something about putting your body through less stimiulants

we are all thinking of you and I bet EC will go great.. For me I felt fine the day of the EC.. I would assume if your docs dont give you any restrictions and you feel ok than I say go for it

It really is up to how u feel about going out tonight - i felt ok (ish) i wandered down to my mum-in-laws (5 mins away - and my DH drove) to visit her new puppy, so really i think its down to each individual - but remember - ur NOT to drive/lift or anything too strenous! Sending loads of Eggy (lol) dust ur way

Ems: Hope ur enjoying ur veging out on the sofa - anything good on the box? Appart from grandstand

Vickie: Congrats on ur anniversary Shame u cant do what normal couples would do on theirs nudge nudge - but im sure it will alllllll be worth it on the 14th when u test with a BFP And as for going away - i think its a great idea, it will take ur mind off things, and relax u up ready for the next 9 mths xx

Im feeling awfully bloated this afternoon, i did some grocery shopping at Tesco's (its ok i had help and didnt lift a finger lol) but every step i take, it gives me cramps - i was walking like a duck lol - is that normal - maybe not the duck bit, but the cramps?
And im sooooooo tired - thats all i did was grocery shopping (and trust me ladies, i can shop till i drop)
I wanted to look for summit new to wear to treat myself, then get some new make up (i have my brothers wedding in Wales comming up on 23rd Sept) and i needed a new bag andddddd -i proberly would have found summit else nice
But i could only manage Tescos
My DH thinks its great cos ive saved him a bomb in cash - so now he's gone to B&Q to spend what i didnt
Happy days in our house this afternoon lol.

Otherwise i feel fine ladies, im excited to know i have my wee babies back where they belong, it was quite emotional (spelling!) time when they were put back, my DH looked at me, he smiled and no words could be said - we just knew what each other was thinking

Anyway - i think ive yakked for England, Wales and Scotland put together, ive prob bored u all silly (soz lol) i will leave u now, im gonna go and put my feet up and see if there is anything good on the box

I am soooooooooooo bloated too! It feels like gassy pains !!! They said to expect it but its real uncomfortable! Got the peppermints at hand though!

I think walking like a duck is honestly quite normal.. Not being funny. I think we all know that things are chainging so our we are more aware of how we are feeling down there..it was really beautiful what you said about you and your DH when your embies were beign put back.. I remember last time and my DH had the biggest smile

Emma honey I think the bloated (although uncomfortable) is a great thing.. its all the goings on in there

Its a holiday here this weekend so we will be BBQing with friends.. than I go to Canada and than one week later home to pick up the new puppy...... YEAH

Hi everyone and can I just say what I nightmare 2 days I have had and to top it all this board was down just when I needed my cycle buddies to chat to. Work has been awful for the last couple of days. We have been really busy and I have been running round far too much.

Anyway I went for my scan today and they think I now have 26 follicules, although they stoped measuring after the biggest 15. The problem is that they have slowed down growing. The nurse thinks it is probably because I have been doing too much and has ordered me to slow down. I have got to go back again on monday for another scan and I really hope that they have grown. My biggest is now at 1.6 so it is possible that they will be big enough for Monday. Initally we were hoping for EC on Monday but the earliest it can be now is Wednesday or Thursday. The nurse even said that if the follicules carry on at the rate they are then it could even be Saturday( they don't do EC on Thursday as they are closed on Sunday so couldn't do ET.) Anyway this mucks up all our plans as we are both off work after tommorow until 13th. If we don't get to do ET until 11th I will only have 2 days off before I have to go back to work.

Nightmare, and I am sure that this stress won't help the follicules to grow any quicker. I really can't believe it as I thought we were doing so well. Has anyone else slowed down at all? They don't want to change my meds at all, although that could be because they don't want anymore follicules to develop.

I am also feeling extremely bloated and none of my clothes fit anymore. I have got lots of niggling pain as well, although most of that is from the cyst I think.

Well having had a good moan I am going to go and try to relax for an hour before I have to go to work. After tommorow I will try to find some time to read up on everyones recent posts and send some personals. Sorry none for now but I can't believe how much is happening. I have just flicked through and there are so many posts to look at.

wow you really are going throught it arnt you. im so sorry i hope things settle down soon .
Lets hope when you go monday they are perfet and your ready to go to EC, they can change very quiclky towards the end
i bet your bloated that an awful lot of follies you have in there are you making sure your drinking tons of fluid after EC you have to drink Gatoraid it should help stave off OHSS.

Jackie that has come around so fast hasnt it i bet you cant wait to get your puppy...have a great time at the wedding too...

oh I am so relieved that the site is back up.....tried all day friday with no success and this the first time I been able to try again...

There are so many posts that i have lost where everyone is and it all seems to be happening !!

I feel absolutely rotten and haven't worked out whether its side effects of the menopur or I have a cold! Think it is a cold unless anyone else out there has had similiar side effects from menopur? Do you think it is ok to take paracetamol? Wasn't able to get through to my clinic either on Friday and having really bad headaches and for once in my life I can't blame it on the wine!!

I have a scan on Monday so hopefully I'll have some news on how things are progressing.

Loving X factor too - although DH has now taken over TV whilst I'm on here and has the sport on... although I don't think I'll be up for long.

Emma - I also went shopping this afternoon, but DH told me that i shouldn't buy any clothes just in case all goes well as I won't be able to wear them...he does have a point but boy it takes the fun out of shopping...again think its a ploy to save his pocket!

It's good to be back - wishing everyone happy dreams and hope all those little ones are settling in nicely.

Hi ladies,

Ive just been doing a bit of research (i almost wish i hadnt now) and i was looking at pictures and gradings of embryos.
Our clinic told us that as our embies were 2 cell grade 2, and 2 cell grade 3, as really, they would have liked them to be 4 cell! But the doc wanted to put them back - as they might well be slow starters, and kind of took the attitude, well - we'll see.
Looking at the research i have done, at day 2, the embies should be 4 cell, although they do put them back at 2 cell, but that the 2 cell proberly wont develop no further.
Has anayone out there had a low grading, and gone on to have a BFP?

(My DH has warned me that he will turn my internet connection off if i carry on researching, as this has me worried)

I am back...very groggy. They got 17...but only 13 mature and of those 13 two have something that she used a word to begin with "g"...can't remember...so it lookslike just about 11 to work with. Feeling like I wish I had more.

Refresh my memory for those of you that have them in you now...how many did you get, how many mature, and then how many fertilized?

Hey 11 eggs - that is greattttttt!

I had 12, i dont know how many were mature, as we had decided to only fertalize 2 out of the 12, so the clinic picked the best 2 and hey presto they fertalized.
They didnt tell us if any were mature or imature or if any had summit begining with a 'g' lol.

But 11 is great hun - Congratulations

When do u go back for ET ???

Becky STOP reading it wont help... it is impossible to tell what embies will do well and what ones wont so in defence of PMA we are going to say your little ones are growing nicley and dividing just how they should be i have heard way too many times now about embies given a "bad grade" go on to become beautiful little babies...so keep up the PMS send positive vines down to your little ones my friend only got three eggs all where "very poor embies" she has twin girls...so there you go..

Zirly hunny thats fantastic 11 excellent eggs is great ... i had 10 mature eggs on my second cycle i ended up with 4 perfect embies on day 3.... and im old i think your younger than me so your will do much better... rest and let us know how they did tomorrow...we will all be praying for strong little ones.
