Hi Kristi

Yes me too, I was blocked for a couple of days. Know exactly what you mean about feeling lost!!!

I have no idea how these bubbies are coming out yet. Hopefully my scan and meeting with my Obs on Monday will give me more of an indication.
I don't know what to expect of a natural birth obviously but having been cut open for my emergency ectopic, I know what that's like and to be honest, I didn't suffer at all with that. Natural would be the best thing for the babes I am sure, unless there is a problem, oh I don't know.... What will be will be.
I do have total faith in my hospital so I am not really too worried.
I am getting mega excited now. My dear Mark is too. He won't go too far away from me in case anything happens. He is being so sweet and thoughtful.
Your boys names are great by the way.
We have picked Bradley Thomas and Rhianna Rose... I have probably already told you that. Sorry mushy brain syndrome.

Lumi, How are you. When are you back to work. You will find that when the time to leave work, you will instinctively know. I wanted to carry on til the end but my bod just cannot manage it. It truely is heaven to have a lay in after being up all night peeing and being too excited to sleep AND I don't feel guilty. Its great.

Racquel, glad to hear you are doing well. Keep resting and take things easy. You deserve too.

Love to all

Hi everyone, glad everyone is doing fine, and some of you are ready for the big countdown :D My computer hasnt been going right, so i havent been able to catch up with you all for a few days.
Thankfully i didnt have a show of anything bad. it must have been a false alarm. Thankyou God. I think it may have been an infection. im happy to say ive gone back to creamy white now  (tmi) i no! I dont think it was ever blood, just a change in colour of things and i paniced with what happend before.
I feel reasured cause my bump is really growing now, i no they are both fine and getting bigger al the time, i could sit for hours and look at my bump.
Yesterday the funniest thing happend. i was having a sandwich at the house with my sis in law i had finnished and had the plate resting on my belly. all of i suddend they kicked and the plate actually moved for a second. i shouted out loud OMG. SIS IN LAW PANICED AND SAID WHATS WRONG! we both sat staring at the plate on my belly and it did it again TWICE. We were killing ourselves laughing. God they must be strong, to do that. That plate certainly moved alright :D

Hi charlie, nice to here from you. wow your getting closer and closer now :D . i would be getting really inpatient now :D im inpatient lready im already dying to see my babies. I have a scan next tuesday, i hope they might be able to tell me what they are. maybe i'll have to wait for the next one.
I think the scare i had was just be panicing about nothing. They are deffinatly ok, cause i see my bump getting bigger everyday. i feel pregnant now that i can look down and see them. Last night i got an overwelming feeling of joy. i was laying in bed massaging in my bio oil. i looked at my bump and just smiled. it acctually hit me. im acctually pregnant. i thought back to the days when we tried and tried to get there.
I looked down at my bump and thought. I acctually did it. my babies are there. I feel so lucky ivf worked 1st time. (very lucky) It breaks my heart to see the same names on the general forum, from last year. I hope they will be joing us soon.
Well you could go anytime now, not too soon i hope. but if i dont talk to you again befor the birth. i wish you the best of luck, and i hope everything runs smoothly for you. oh has he turned yet? dont forget to post some pics of your beautiful boy.

Hi all

Just had my scan and both babes are doing really well.
Baby A weighs approx 4lb 5oz and baby B 4lb 4oz.
It now looks like I will be having a vaginal birth as baby B had turned and is finally head down... she's a clever girl.
I can't believe I only have 4 weeks to go (if I make it that far). These last few weeks have flown by.
Hayley, I know exactly how you feel about others less fortunate than us. Why can't all be as lucky as we are.

Hope all is well with everyone.

Thanks Kareen

it won't be long before your next scan. Time will start to fly by once you hit 20 weeks, then it slows up again at 30. It has for me anyway.
Although I am absolutley loving being pregnant, I am looking forward to having the bed back with just me and DH in it. There just isn't enough room for the 4 of us and ALL my pillows :D

Take care hun xxx

Chelle,

Great news about the weights! You definitely have healthy babies in there. And yes, it is fabulous to have your bed back, and even more to have your body back. I don't regret for a minute fighting so hard to get pregnant and carrying my miracles, but I love it even more that they are here and I can hold them!

Denise

Really lovely to hear from you. How are you and your gorgeous babies.
Are they sleeping well and is it as hard to cope with two, as so many people keep telling me.
To be honest, I dont care how hard it is. All these people that have said this, haven't had to try for years to concieve. They really take their children for granted. I'm not saying they love them any less, it just seems to me that us ivf girlies appriciate every second even more. I am so excited and more so now that the prospect of a natural birth looms. I hope my little girl doesn't decide to turn again!!!

Chelle, I am SO excited for you that Baby B turned! From what my doc said that's not too common with twins since there's "not much room in there" as he put it. So now you know I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be so lucky! I met 2 people yesterday that knew of someone that did the natural for A and pulled breech B out by it's feet. So I keep hearing positive stories about that. I don't remember you telling us names before. Your babies names are great! I think it's so fun that you are having a boy & a girl!

Hayley, glad to hear all is well with you now and nothing is wrong. That's a relief! The plate on your belly story is funny! I also know what you mean about wishing everyone could be as fortunate as us and get pregnant. It's a wonderful gift!!

Kareen, you doing well?? I bet you are excited for that 22 week scan when you can "peak" at the sexes of your babies!

Denise, so glad to hear from you again! I love your updates too!

Raquel, you still hanging in there after your post the other day? Thinking of you!!

You know, most of us don't have a single baby to compare with, so we'll never really know. And honestly? My babies are really great, so it still depends on luck of the draw. Its more that you have to learn to deal with strangers and the stupid things they'll say.

Kareen hun, I have put of 3 stone so far and probably will carry on as babies put on the most weight in the last four weeks.

I was told not to watch my weight too much, as you are definately going to put on more than a singleton pregnancy. As long as you are eating healthy with lots of fruit, veg and fibre, you will be fine.

After time, you will also stop worrying too. Well I did.

Sorry to hear you are not sleeping well either. Sorry to say, it doesn't get any easier, in fact it gets worse. The lack of room doesn't help either. I have been going to bed at around 8pm, well before DH goes to bed, just to get a few hours on my own.

It will be worth it in the end, won't it.
