Late Period Help PLZ...

i think i'm 6 days late on my period...i was supposed to start on sept 1 or 3rd..i had intercourse aug 31st..the day before i was supposed to start my period...could i be preg?...i took 2 hpt and came back neg...still no period..what should i do?..plz help...

Hi there,
You would probably have to wait a little longer before a hpt showed up positive because if you did conceive on Aug 31, the hormone level wouldn't really be high enough to show up a positive result.
I would suggest you wait another week or so and see what happens. Try not to stress about it though! Are you in between IVF cycles or are you just trying naturally?

thank you so much for replying..i have been waitin for answers..well i took clomid last month...i wanted to concieve naturallly...i have been having like period cramps my nipples r sore...i dont know what to do...i'm gonna take another hpt in the morning and if it showed up neg i'm gonna call my obgyn..

Well, if you've been taking Clomid, it could be a good sign!
It's entirely up to you of course, but I would try and wait before doing another hpt, you'll drive yourself nuts if it's negative again. I'd wait a few more days if I were you. Give your doctor a call though, he'll give you the best advice,
