HAPPY SUNDAY ALL
Sorry. No energy to post to you all yesterday. Recovering from Friday.
Em - Robbie was utterly amazing.

Probably the best gig that I have ever been to. Fireworks. Huge set. Fab lights. Flames bursting up from the stage. He arrived from under the stage and then appeared for the encore from miles above the stage in a cage. So cool. 65,000 people chanting & singing. My dh is so in my good books for getting me the tickets. I am being super nice to him!!! My two sisters, my sister-in-law and my friend all love me and dh for getting the tickets and taking them.

They all loved it. And on top, we just had such a great day out together. The sun even shone. We left early in the morning and queued. Even that was fun - talking to others. We got pretty close to the front. I never thought that we'd be so close. And he performed a lot on a satellite stage which was right in front of us. Sorry - I could do on and on.....
Glad that your weekend was better than expected. Sounds like you are lucky to have such a good friend. But the baby photos - some people just do not get it, do they??? Glad that she managed to get the meggage and keep her head down the rest of the weekend.
Thanks to your advice, I bought the Christo Zouves book. It is really truely amazing. I am loving it although hard not to cry at each & every story. What stories and what fights people will go to, to get there little one. Made me think that I have a lot to go through before we give up......Although must say that I was a little gobsmacked about the sheer numbers of embies that he was transfering for some of the ladies....what did you think?
Don't worry about the puregon pen. Guess it is each to their own. I found the pen easier than the regular needles. Just push the end and it does the work for you. You are going to be fine. It all seems pretty close for you now - within touching distance. You must be getting both a little excited and a little nervous.
Dania - well done on completing your web developers cert. It is great that you managed to see it through with the ivf cycle and then the excitement of the natural BFP. I just look at your ticker and cannot believe how far you are on already......

Thanks for thinking of me and my friend. I saw her last week and she was bearing up ok considering what she has been through (4 -ve cycles and now a m/c). She may see whether her sister is prepared to do another cycle for her. I also found her some info on donors overseas. I also gave her The Stork Club to read when she feels able to. I hope that you have a fantastic baby shower. That is so exciting. I can just imagine how fab it must be to see & hear the strong heartbeat and go shopping with your Mum for maternity clothes. She must be over the moon.
Vero - Glad that you are so +ve about the acu. Think that your 2nd session was past ovulation so guess that you are now right in your 2ww. You were right. Being busy this weekend has helped me get over the disappointment. The acu man told me that even trying was mental last month as my body was going to be all over the place post-op so guess that I was being unrealistic. Acu man is going to see me just pre-ovulation and just pre-AF so my acu protocol is a little different to yours???
Laura - Hope that stimmies have started well. It sounds pretty complex. Hopefully this is the magic mix for you. It is good that your consultant has changed things around to help you even more this time. It is weird how we all react so differently. I was ok with the pen after I got used to it. I used to just think point and press

Cleaning not my fav chore either. Much prefer a bit of ironing in front of a good programme on TV!! Hope that your scan on Wednesday will show lots of lovely follies for you
Jackie - Terrific news about your scan. Hope that you are taking really good care of yourself & that your dh is really looking after you too. I am sure that the time is dragging for you. Hope that it can speed up and that you can see a beautiful 8 week scan. Have everything crossed for you. Have you got your dog yet? Interested in your comment on acu post ovulation. There must be different protocols because my guy was adamant that he wanted to see me pre-ovulation so that he could get me ready??!!
So after the exertions of Friday, I had to take it really easy all day yesterday. However, I am amazed that I did not feel worse as we left home soon after 9.30am then I drove 40 miles each way to the concert. I had only driven about 5 miles max before Friday. I walked, queued from midday, jumped up and down for 2 hours when he was on stage at 8.30pm and got home at 1am on Saturday morning. I could never have done that 2 weeks ago. No more complaining from me. I must be fully better now post-op. If I can manage that then I can do anything

Oh and as expected AF arrived in full glory on Friday.

It was always going to happen.

Pain at the start of the week must have been an evil combo of her coming after the op. May be it is just the clean up that my body needed??
My cycle seems to have got a little bit shorter. I was told that might be the effect of the acu. Was down to 31 days this month. (32 normal, 35 after ivf drugs).
Laura and Em - Have set a spreadsheet up based on your input/idea. Thank you. Bought a thermometre and have now been taking temp v first thing before I move each day. Today was Day 3. Figured that I should start on Friday as Day 1 of my cycle. Am going to track the other things that you told me about too. Ordered the book that you recommended Laura on understanding fertility. Just not here yet.
Not much more for me to report. Still got lots of PMA after Friday.
Hope that you are all having a lovely weekend.
Lots of Love
