The IUI girls

hello everyone....i,too, will be an iui girl soon. i just had a laparoscopy done to fix my rt tube and my re was unable to salvage the left. he plans to put me on clomid and do an iui during my next cycle. has anybody heard of any success with something like this? good luck to all you girls going through iui.

Folly scan today 13,16 and 19 so iui on thursday morning.
I have to give myself the big ovy jab tomorrow.This has been so different to iui with clomid soooo much longer I will iui on day 21 of my cycle before it was day12.

Hi all! Had post-op visit with RE today and he was pretty positive about the whole thing. I'm just waiting for af now (hopefully in 2 wks) to start on clomid (100mg day 5-9) and then do hcg trigger and iui. I should hope and pray for follies on the rt ovary i guess since he removed the left tube. He says we'll do this 2 or 3 times before moving on to IVF so i really hope this works.....the girls in the clinic said pregnancies for this case usually happen in the first 6 months if it works. Praying this works and not an ectopic

By the way, I'm 33 ttc 3 yrs before finding out tubes blocked 2 weeks ago. go figure!

anna, hiya!!!

Are u in the UK?? I'm guessing not, I thought IUI was out if you had tubal problems...I was told that before i could iui i had to have tubes checked for blockages and if they found blockages then iui wouldnt happen for us...

Holly hows you? had the iui yet??

Holly, good luck with your IUI this week.

Today is cycle day 26 for me and usually when AF arrives. I have felt crampy but nothings happened yet. If AF doesn't arrive by tomorrow, I'll test again. I'm not feeling too good about this cycle though.

Yes, saw Doctor who didnt seem concerned with it, just said see what happens next bleed, so all being well next one will be in 28 days and then i can start iui again!!!

RE was able to unblock my rt tube so this is my only hope to conceive if iui works, otherwise i'll have to do IVF. Thanks for welcoming me to your group. I love the all around support that you gals have over here. I hope the rest of this year will be good news for all of us.

how's everyone doing? I'm anxiously waiting to test...only one day left. AF still hasn't come, thank God, although I have felt her quite a bit. Tomorrow is cd28 for me so surely, if I am pg the hpt will show it. My RE told me not to test until I was 5 days late. My clinic doesn't do the blood test until after I test + at home on a hpt....

hell o everyone,
went for progesterone test on tuesday at level 15 they want it at 10 or above for i am good, i am at 19th day week on over, now the dreadful week two. wish me luck. positives all around for everyone
