Lisa--sorry i never got back to you before now.
To answer your questions they changed me from repronex to gonal because they didn't feel i produced enough eggs with repronex. They retrieved 28 eggs. Of those 28---22 were mature and were fertilized. Of those 22--12 fertiliized perfectly. We transferred two on day 3 and froze 9. I have a little over two weeks to go until my US to see on our little peanut/s look.

Luchia, somebody who is doing the injections might hit the major vessel, that is why you have the bruise. Try cold to ease the afterpain.Unfortunatelly the more you do the more painful it becomes.Also you can lightly massage your butt after injection.

I asked my doctor about the pain and he said to try using a hot compress after the injection (but not a heating pad) he said it should start to go away.
