It's a little too early for a blood test. Definitely too early for an EPT.

in my opinion you are still not out of the race for a bfp-i think you are testing a day or two to early yet. i had a 3 day transfer and starting testing 7days after transfer and got a faint +. If you had your transfer on monday--today is friday you are only 4 days past transfer. what brand of test are you using--some brands are more sensitive then others. bridget

i can completly understand the wanting to take hpt during the 2 ww. we got lucky and ours came up + right away--i was also one day further then you are right now when my turned up +--
i would wait until sunday--i know that is super hard and buy a clear blue easy brand test--test right away sunday am as soon as you get up when your urine will be the most concentrated (sorry rather graphic). like i said i wouldn't throw in the towel yet. i have seen a lot of women have negative hpt at home even on the morning of their blooddraw have it come up negative and get their blood work back it is +. hang in there--i will thinking of you. bridget

Hi Stef

It's way way too early for it to show up yet. Like Ghost says it probably wouldn't even show on a blood test this early.

I started testing 7 days post transfer and didn't get a positive until day 10 but there are ladies on here who get negatives on the day of their bloods yet the bloods come back positive. Until your bloods say negative then there's still a chance.

Best of luck

pregnancy test at home

Post by stefnrog »

we did our second home pregnancy test today, came up positive. We transferred 6 days ago at day 5, and our first home pregnancy was negative 2 days ago. We are excited I guess. We were told any positive on these tests is a true positive...is that true?
