6w5d pregnant and sac(?) measuring 4w.1 :( ghost??

Hello everyone,
I have an bad (?) update. Since our IVF clinic is too far (2.5 hrs drive) so we went to GYN office today for an ultrasound (6w5d).
We did not hear an heartbit and Nurse saild that sac(?) is measuring 4.1w.
and this is not a normal case.
My HCG was 128 after 11d5dt.

Called the IVF clinic and they asked us to come this saturday..
There is no bleeding or any other cramp.

Not sure whats going on?

HI Maya,

I'm really sorry to hear that you are going through this. A similiar thing happened to me last year. Sadly my outcome was not good.
However, there have been girls who have had small sacs (it's the pregancy sac where the foetus develops) early on but have continued to healthy pregnancies.
Try not to worry, your doctor will be able to put you in the picture tomorrow.

Thanks for your reply. My OB office called this morning and told me
the HCG level. It is around 13k.

Hi Maya,

That's good isn't it? I've just checked a site all about hcgs and 13,000 seems ok for six weeks. I hope everything works out ok. let me know.
