Worried!

Hi, started sniffing on Wednesday 3x a day and I'm concerned about how strict the timing of the sniffing must be. I was suppose to sniff at 11pm and have only just remembered 11.17!!! my bag was in the other room with my alarm on - no good in there <br>what have your clinic told you about the timing - how strict must I be????<br><br>thanks<br>Lisa (angry with herself!)

Hi Lisa<br><br>I sniffed three times a day and one day I was about 2 hours late (Not 17 mins!) and I still managed to get pg! I guess you need to be as accurate as possible but if you do forget, sniff as soon as you remember and DON'T WORRY!!! The worrying will make things ten times worse than forgetting to sniff! I promise you being 17 mins late will not stop you down-regging!!<br><br>Chill lovely, you'll be fine.<br><br>love nikola.xx

lisa<br>don't worry about this, as many a time i forgot to do so dead on time, but i did do so a.s.a.p<br>i know my clinic said if we forget ,just to do a.s.a.p<br>obviously, this is only one-offs, not regular. as the timing is important, but don't beat yourself up over this time,<br>i have been one hour late as i was in s.london and sniffer was in n. london, and my alarm was going off in my handbag.<br>i am now in my 2WW and have collected lovely embies,{3 back. 4 froze.}<br>take care and good luck for your dreams <br>jackie xx

Hi Lisa<br><br>I agree with the others - don't worry abot the 20 minutes late - this happened to me a couple of times last cycle and still managed to down-reg fine. What is more important, I understand, is the timing of the injections when you start stimming. try and relax!!! beckym xxx
