I am one of those who is not really sure where I am supposed to be. I have been on the September and October threads, but it seems like work schedule, money and waiting for AF have over ruled my choice of potential dates for FET.

I finally have an appointment with my RE to get the plan started for FET hopefully in November or early December (let's keep our fingers crossed for early November). Mind if I join you, too?

Welcome Amy. This is a great place for support. I have already started my BCP and this is my 1st IVF. I was pretty nervous about things but after talking to people here I feel much better.

Hi all
Well i am so excited. have just got of the phone with doctor and can start my nose spray on October 10th. I thought that i would have to wait longer so i am so happy should be early November when they transfer.

A quick question why are you given BCP before you start your treatment? My doctor has not mentioned any of this to me and just wondering if it is to make sure you are not pregnant before treatment starts or to make healthier eggs? Does everyone use these?

To everyone who has just joined look forward to going through this journey with you. Hopefully this is the right place for me now!

I started down regging on 2nd Oct,because its a busy time at my clinic this is a longer cycle for me,im on Buseralin til at least 30 Oct,they've got me pencilled in for ER sometime in week of 13 November thats if all goes to plan,but going by my last 2 fresh cycles i think it could be the week after..Which hopefully means i'll be testing last week of Nov 1st week of Dec,what a christmas pressie a BFP would be..I keep thinking thats this is the cycle for me,(hope im not fooling myself)not sure how many more BFN's i can take..

For some reason it just feels like a routine now like a part of life trying for that elusive BFP and trying to keep up the PMA can be difficult,but im living in hope..

AS you said in an earlier post lets make this a BFN free thread..

Just had a quick question if anyone knows the answer, how long after you start the BCP do you get to start the other meds? I am just wondering as I have been on the pill for a while and I have my DR appt next week. I just started this months pill on Sunday, so I am wondering if because I am so early in the month of pills will that prolong the meds? Any info would be great, I know I am probably jumping ahead of myself but TIME IS STANDING STILL!! HAHAHA

Fed7281.. every office is different (as is evert patient) I have been on BCP since July and ,y last IVF failed... I start Lupron 10/11 so it is really hard to say... call your RE and ask.. that is what theya re there for...

OK I still have NO idea what is going on for my meeting tomorrow.. YIKES... back to reading...

Hey Girls,

Just thought I would share with all of you that I heard from the DR and am starting Lupron on the 19th. Can anyone tell me how long I will be taking that for? I hope these med's are covered by my insurance.
