Good luck Yogi - You'll do fine, it's the easiest part of the process!

I've always just kept my left over stims to use in a future IVF if/when needed.

Good luck Yogi, all the best with the procedure and stay positive!

Hi Alicia, Hope you are holding your positivity regarding the super follicles you've produced :-). You know what, at every step of the process, final follicle scan, ER etc not one medic was negative about the number of my follicles, if anything they were positive about the size and the quality and theres no HPSS. So it never entered my head that only having 7 eggies was a bad thing. As a matter of fact I thought 7 was brilliant and I was so proud of them and hehe, they've done me proud. So please embrace your super follies and have faith in them, ok :-)

Yogi - ImageCongrats on your ER. I'm glad everything went well. Enjoy some time relaxing!

Rittie - I sure appreciate that information, it makes me feel soooo much better, especially since I went for another u/s today and the RE said I have a total of 7 follies. Maybe since it was a lucky number for you, it will work for me. Did they transfer just 2?

Sam - Well its really hard to be depressed on this board! You guys are the best at bringing someones spirits up and with solid evidence. I have surely learned that you don't need quantity for a BFP. Thanks Sam.

myhb - Thanks for the encouragement, I believe my ER is going to be on Monday. I will find out for sure on Saturday. Another trip to the RE's.

Lola - How are you doing? Strong and positive as ever I'm sure!!!Image

Thanks everyone for all the positive thoughts. I'm feeling very very very positive as well, that these follies are the special ones.

Thanks againImage
Love you all,
Alicia

Yogi ---- it is good to hear that your ER went well. ImageWhen is your ET? Let me know so I can do another update!

Wannababy --- you posted on general forum that your next cycle is microflare, so is mine! I will start the microdose Lupron shots on the 19th and Follistim with Menopur on the 21st. How cool that we will be doing the same protocol!Image

Alicia --- I am so glad you are feeling much better. Look at Rittie, you may even end up with twins like her!Image

Mia --- do you have a date when you are starting? Let me know for our update! Image

Suzhan - period usually comes exactly 2 weeks after ovulation. The time from the 1st day of period to ovulation varies among women, but the time from ovulation to the next period is always 2 weeks. I read that many times. So you should be getting yours 14 days from the day you ovulated. Cool, you will be on the same schedule with most of us, since my protocol got postponed as well.Image

Everybody have a lovely weekend! Lola

Lola, I am due to start BCP around 10/9 if AF shows up on time. Transfer should be around 10/30 or 11/9 or 10.
I'm so excited for you, finally you get to start! When is your estimated ER and ET?

Mia --- I am on BCP now, my retrieval should be around the 30th and the transfer anywhere from 11/2 - 11/4. So we are pretty close!!! ImageStarting the protocol is not my problem, but finishing it is.Image Hopefully this time I can get to all the way to my retrieval date. So by Thanksgiving we should know, ha? I have seen your other thread on General forum. You are doing a nice job with keeping the list! Please don't abandon us here though! We would really miss you!!! Image

Lola, Image I will never abandon you guys, you're my friends. I check this thread all the time to see what you are up to. I just went over there to meet the other Oct/Nov cyclers and no one else could figure out the smilies for the list, so I did it! :D They are all very nice, I'm sure they'd love to meet you.
We are really close. I know you will finnish your cycle this time. I think this Thanksgiving is going to be the best ever because we will be BFP. :D

Hi Alicia,

We are only allowed 2 ebbies to be transferred in the UK if one is under 40. I had 7 eggies, 6 fertilised, 2 transferred and 2 frozen. When is the exact day of your ER? I'll light a candle for you and Yogi tomorrow for BFP and for the girls starting their cycles :-)

Dear Yogi, do let us know how many fertilised and when ET will take place. You're next for the BFP baby girl and I'm sending tonnes of baby dust your way :-)

Lots of love everyone
Rittie

Yogi - I am glad the ER went well for you. I hope you are feeling better now. When is your ET? Does your clinic do 3 day or 5 day transfers? Please keep us updated when you are feeling up to it.

Alicia - I am so excited for you. I hope your ER is very soon. Don't be discouraged the number they retrieve, just remind yourself that it is the quality. I wish you the best of luck with your ER and ET.

Lola - how have your estrogen levels been? I am assuming everything is ok since they haven't switched or delayed anything yet.

Suzhan - I hope you are hanging in there. I hope you have a great time this weekend, just relax and hang out and it will be good for you.

Ladies - I am visiting my in-laws for a week (a mini family reunion since my DH's family is scattered so far from one another that we don't get to see everyone very often) so I may not be able to log on as often.

I hope the best for anyone who has anything starting, any procedures or tests done during the week. I am sending positive thoughts and energy to everyone.

Have a great weekend.
