1 month ago I had a TESE and my sperms were frozen.20 days later we will try second ivf with these frozen ones...do we have chance

Hi, we got pregnant on our second IVF using frozen sperm from TESE and have a beautiful 15 month old son. We are waiting to start the whole process over again.
