hi Anna. I had mild OHSS. I had 25 follies and was told that if they collected more than 20 eggs they would freeze them all. I prayed and prayed that they would get less than 20 and it worked. They got 16. 12 fert, 2 put back and 9 were good for freezing. During my 2 ww in the first week i had pains in my tummy - nothing bad. I phoned the clinic and they said it would have been from my ovaries. I got a BFP but unfortunately we lost it. All the best with your tranfer today. Good luck! Paula x

I had about 27 follicles and cancelling the cycle wasn't discussed, although the clinic discussed the risks of OHSS with me. They got 23 eggs and I had 19 embryoes - 4 were transferred and 12 were frozen. I didn't have any problems until about 12 days after transfer when the OHSS set in. But I got a BFP and am now 11 weeks and keeping all my fingers and toes crossed! I actually still have fluid accumulated in my abdomen and am really bloated and have gained 20+ pounds but for the BFP it has been worth it. I had to be monitored pretty closely for a while but since the symptoms weren't getting worse, now they have just told me that it will go away on its own as the pregnancy progresses. Hope that helps!

I wish you luck! That is awesome! BFP!!!!
On saturday, my symptoms got a lot better. The pressure was 1/3 of what it was on Friday and I had lost another 2 pounds!~ :o
We went in yesterday for the transfer! 3 embies were transferred! Stayed off my feet yesterday, well except to go to the bathroom. How long did you have bed rest? My doc says 24 hours of laying around, and then light activity. No lifting, housecleaning , the norm then pg test next monday. I am postive this time. Slept wonderfully last night. This is the first time I slept on my stomach with a transfer. I was worried to do so the last 2 times so I didnt much sleep back then. My doc said it does not matter what way you sleep, it will not affect the implantation. 3 embies. Wow that would be awesome to get triplets out of the deal. My husband would have a cow but we can handle it. I will be happy with a beautiful healthy baby no matter what! well good luck to you and wish me luck!

He told me about 48 hours of bed rest and then nothing too strenuous until the pg test. I had to travel from Brazil to the US three days after the transfer with a bunch of luggage so I was really nervous about that but apparently it was OK. I paid luggagge people to help me and tried as much as possible to take it easy. Good luck with your cycle! I hope you get your BFP this time!!!
