Every clinic offers different advice. My clinic just said rest (not bed rest) for 48 hours then light activities for 2 weeks, nothing streneous, no sex, no swimming, no flying and no physical activity. A lot of the clinics in the States recommend bed rest for 2 weeks!
I would just do what your body tells you. If it's wants to have a lay down then do it. Just don't over do it. On the second week I was bored and had a few days of retail therapy, as you can see it didn't do me any harm!
There is a post of do's and dont's at the top of this board. It's fun reading!
Best of luck for a BFP on the 22nd.

Shez, I was very worried about this as I had read here of lots of ladies not getting out of bed for 3 days. I spent the day of transfer resting on the settee. Then the following day I went to watch some horse racing, although we went in the picnic area so I could sit quietly in a chair near the car. For the next 3 days I continued to take it easy although I moved around a lot. Then I went back to work and it was a nightmare week where I was running round like someone demented, although I tried not to lift too much, not easy in my job. Anyway I thought that would have blown all of our chances but we got a BFP so I now think if the embrios are of good enough quality and they are going to stick they will do what ever you do. Try not to worry during the 2ww and no matter what happens don't try to blame yourself.
