It's great to be here with Adam full time although the B***er has been working late the last week to fit in with deadlines. We eventually managed after a week to set up the broadband. I changed my e-mail adress on the profile and the system now won't let me back in!!!! I have had to re-register and couldnt use same email so now have used Adam email address...confused i am...how do i fix this? Nicki i think you had the same problem at one point too? By the way hope you have a good week off. recharge the batteries of good old PMA!
Julie -tis a bummer that they won't give you results over the phone! It just causes more worry and stress doesn't it. Let me know how it goes, though it's a long Bl**dy wait. (sorry about the swearing here it's taken me 2hrs and 45 mins to get on this site, and i can feel your frustration at having to wait so long too!)
Lucy hope the kidney stuff is soted out. the alternative therapy people (as well as Zita) all say that kidneys are linked to getting pregnant. So it's good to get the all clear before starting stims. Good luck for that. What age will you be on your birthday? I hope this is the year that you become a MUM

Hi to anyone i have missed...( memory totally is shot at the moment)
An update on my tmt is that i waited 2 hrs after my appointment time to be seen by the consultant on the Frid 21st Sep... i was in EXACTLY 3 MINUTES to be told i have no Funding. WHAY OH WHY couldn't they have bL***dy told me that on the phone...Oh dear i am swearing again sorry gals but i am Fecked off here) I was then told to go private at the same clinic i would need to phone a differant office. ( which was closed for 4 days due to holidays) I did call this number on the tues and was told to get an appointment i would need to go through the info pack 1st! i asked for one and Lord oh Mighty were they notne available at the moment and i would need to wait. I did just yesterday receive a pack which i dutifully read and phed for an appointment...wait for it ....21st of NOVEMBER... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Why oh Why ( again) did they NOT tell me on the last cycle ( end of MAY) that i had NO funding left and I could have seen someone when i was still in Glasgow and started tmt NOW! OKay RANT over....well not really cause if appointment goes okay and i get another chance at IVF ( i don't see why not at this point) it will be DEC. And i know that this particular clinic does NOT open over christmasd so like you KAte i think i will be starting tmt in JANUARY 2007. Which i supoose aint too far away but i wanted to start now so if i didn't get preggy i could loose the stimming pounds before i get married in March.
Anyway Ce la vie... i just gotta go with the flow eh!
The good news is we went on Saturday to see our pup....he is a Rhodiesian ridgeback and you can see him on www.nurisha.com....click on the red wrinting in the middle page scroll down and look at the lovely mum dad and pups. when you get to the 2wks stage the pups are all got names. We love little YOLI...lets hope he chooses us too! if so he will be ready on the 4th November...something to look forward to!
