Hi all
passed out in work yesterday with really bad period pains, had a failled IVF in August and this is my first 'natural' period following treatment. So I'm home clamped to the hot water bottle and to be honest feeling really low. I'm due to go to the clinic tomorrow to start IUI with clomid and gonal F, my IVF showed that I have mild PCOS on top of Endo which has resulted in poor embryo quality, this treatment is supposed to give me more go's for my money as the Doc puts it but first he has to make sure I don't have any cysts as I fainted yesterday and am in pain today I guess you can all understand I'm a little aprehensive about the visit, just wanted to get that off my chest if everything is OK tomorrow we start injections so must stay positive, good luck to all testing soon and my thoughts are with those who have missed out this time,
Love to all
Aly
xx

Hey Aly,
I've also had a failed IVF experience, as if that isn't enough, when AF finally arrives, she comes with a vengance!!. Sorry you feel so low, sounds like you have a good doctor though, and that's important. All the very best Aly
Bel

Hi Aly. It is the most miserable feeling when you've got really bad AF pain and generally feel gross but at least it takes you one step closer to your next treatment and all the possibilities this brings with it!! Just stay close to your DH and your hot water bottle.

Lots of Love - Jo. XXXXX

Hi all
thanks for the messages the pain is still pretty bad but I'm hoping it will ease off later today the waves are coming less frequently so fingers crossed! Katheryn I may well be a ocb but until tomorrow I really don't know it's all a bit hit and miss, they have to try and stimulate me to produce three eggs last time I was on 150ml gonal F and produced about 40 follicles so it's going to take a bit of adjustment! Anyway will know tomorrow. I'm sorry about the miscarriage I bled for 2weeks solid after mine still makes me upset. Anyway roll on tomorrow! big hugs to all
Alyxx

Hi Aly

So sorry to hear about your painful AF - keep the hot water bottle near (I recently discovered 'stick on' heat pads by lilettes. stick it on your tummy and stays hot for up to 6 hours - a wonderful invention and one I'm gld I found, you may find it useful!)

I started sniffing last Wednesday and so far so good.
Good luck with your appointment tomorrow, will be thinking of you

Love Lisa x
