symptoms from progesterone suppositories

I am cd19 and have been taking the supp. since cd15. Just a few days ago I was really sick. I had the worst abd pain similar to when I had a cyst before. This time I had a low back ache which I have never had before. It is getting better now. Now my bb are a little sore. Is this from the supp? Has anyone ever had any symptoms with implantation?
