I am a practisisng psychic myself...so yes I believe!!! I run a company in Kent that provides readings from angel & tarot - spiritualist mediumship, I know a lot of people have conflicting issues with what I do, but to be honest I live my life via intuition, I have the great afterlife debates and if by me posting this I cause offence to anyone then sorry..... I believe our fate is already mapped out for us but we can change our destinies, they are 2 different things, if there is something we are meant to achieve then we will, just sometimes we choose or accidentally for one reason or another nip down a different path.....no matter wat we will all have the same ending, everything happens for reason no matter how cruel life is we experience things to make us stronger and teach us... I see IVF as one of these things! If you have been told that you will have a child by next year and you trust the source then yes you should believe, what you must be aware of is that this world is full of charlatans and false prophets so choose carefully when asking the advice of a medium/psychic...(they are very different, not all psychics are mediums but all mediums are psychic!!) I have met some amazing people on my path and some sriously false wannabes (but who am I to judge!) Lets hope she was right! only time wil tell babe...but rest assured this stuff is for real! well in my personal opinion it is......

Coincidentally, (not that I believe in them )I have just emailed a company in Scotland with regards to coming up and having some work done on my car!! th are called ecosse not sure where in Scotland they are? spooky eh!! If I go ahead I will be twinning the trip with my next teaching course in Manchester so will let you know, my family are Cumbrian so I often venture up to the cold parts!!!

Hope you dont mind me butting in on your thread!

I just wanted to tell you about my experience of mediums/psychics prior to my IVF treatment.

Ive never been to one, but a month before I started my treatment a friend told me something she'd heard from an acquaintance of ours. This person was asking how I was (She didnt know anything about our infertility/going through IVF). When my friend told her I was starting this treatment the following month, she went very quiet and then told her that the medium/psychic she saw (regularly) had told her that someone she knew would be going through IVF and would have a little girl....

Although I found it all a little spooky, I have to say it made me feel very positive about my treatment. I also knew once I got pg, this baby was a little girl.

Anyway, just wanted to share this with you. It brought it all back reading Nicola's post! I hope it also comes true for you!

HI angellica have just checked in and have read your post about physics and reiki. I am actually in the process of setting up a holistic retreat in spain where it will be for like minded people to come on training holidays in reiki and spiritual practices and to recieve treatments. Completly agree with you when it comes to false mediums but i guess unfortunatly there are people who will pray on people in need. Anyway my mother in law is a reiki master and she has been told that she will have a grandaughter who lives close to a beach and it will happen soon. I can only have daughters due to genetic reasons so it keeps me positive . In fact we have a friend coming next weekend to stay who is an angel card reader and i think i will have a reading whilst she ie here.

Kim,im so glad you've got Jenna Grace...i hope it works out as well for you...i went to a medium back in February(in fact lately ive been to a few!!!) anyway,she asked if i was pregnant,when i said no,she said i should have been(my first ivf had just failed)when i told her this she said it was on the cards and id have a daughter,so im hoping and praying that it comes true for me..i totally believe in fate and me and DP were def fated to meet,we met in a nightclub,which we BOTH hate and Never usually go to,in fact we've never been back!! But that nite,both our friend persuaded us to go out then when we both finally relented and went (coincidentally both went out at midnight) we were introduced thru a mutal friend,and have been together since def fate,so i hope she smiles upon us and grants us our wish..im soooo glad you got your wish...

Anjellica,if you do get up here,let me know,id love a reading from a fellow ivfer..

Hello everyone, I was able to start Aygestin today. Just 4 days of pills to supress my system then I get to preping for transfer.

It's been a long time since I saw a psychic myself, but a customer of my DHs awhile back was a celebrity psychic. I don't know who she is. This was about 3 years ago before we we're married and she told him that he would move away (from Los Angeles), he would marry the girl he was with (me!), would make a lot of money and have a big family. Well everything up until the big family has happend. And actually we don't have "a lot" of money yet, but we are much, much better off than we were. We went from living in a studio apt to buying a 3 BD house! He didn't even tell me all this till after we moved here and got married. Anyway I wonder if we will have a big family. Even if this time works I don't know if we could afford another IVF, it's so darn expensive. If we can get our Ins. to pay, I'll def do it again. Oh boy what if I get PG with twins or triplets! I have 3 totsicles, there's a chance they could all survive the thaw and implant. My clinic has a very high thaw rate. I'd love twins, but with trips, we'd have to sell our house I think.
Oh also, before I moved to LA, a psychic friend of my mom said I was going there to meet my (new) husband. Funny because I had just divorced and thought I never wanted to marry again. Of course 6 months after moving to LA, I met my husband and he imediately began staying at my house everyday till finally he just completely moved in after a couple of months. We've been inseparable since.
My mom's psychic, not practicing anymore. I think it got really hard for her. She said I brought to many beings into her house with me. She used to get really stressed out and was very sensitive. She mentions it every once in awhile.

Just writing a quick post to say hello and I hope everyone is doing well on their TMT, I am not staying on long as my back is killing me and I am waiting for my physio tomorrow to hopefully sort it out.

Angellica - All this medium talk sounds kind of weird, I think that everything you say makes a lot of sense and maybe I will take you up on the reading even though I have not thought about it before! I used to live in Manchester but now live in Glasgow!! Maybe we could all get together and meet, that would be great!! The things you said about things happening for a reason do make sense but sometimes it is hard to figure out what the reason is!! I will deffinatley talk more about this to you if you don't mind! but my back is agony and I really need to get off the computer!!!

Hopeful in LV - one more hurdle over, I came off my 5 day course of pills a week ago and have't stopped bleeding, I obviosly needed a good clean out I usually only bleed for 3 days!! It is so exciting!!! the next few weeks will go real quick, before you know it we'll be waiting to open the mineral water to celebrate your BFP!! I am sure you'll have that many kids you'll be like old mother hubbard, but you'll be sooooo happy!!!!!
