Vickie- glad the appointment went well. I have afollowup appt on 31st Oct, it was supposed to be 21st Nov but I've been phoning on the off chance of a cancellation anyway it worked or maybe they just thought give this mad woman an appointment to get her off our backs!!!

Good luck with the weight loss everyone who is trying! I have to loose about 5lbs in 2 weeks and I'm finding that hard enough. Especially when I went to the pizza hut last nite with 3 friends, I was going to have salad but we ended up having the meal deal for 4, which included 4 starters, 1large and 1 medium pizza and then cheescake for dessert!!!! Was nice though!!!!

Laura - Thinking of you sweetie

To all the UK based Ladies especially Becky - X Factor Tomorrow - Yippee. We are away overnight with friends Saturday (they have new baby boy, Zac - thought that we must go see them when not on tmt so I can have some sort of hope of dealing with it) so will need to set the video in case they are not avid fans. Will set the dvd too so I have a back-up plan!!! Think that one of the groups may go (McDonald Brothers) although think that some of the ladies might find Rod Stewart hard to sing! Cannot wait - I am such an addict to crap TV. We do have Sky but dh normally drags me out on Friday on the basis that he knows that I'll not leave the sofa on a Saturday!!

Vickie - glad that your follow up went well and hope that you'll be able to start real soon

Haylie - great news that you were able to get a follow up. We both go right around the same time. I cannot wait to get a better plan in place

Ems - glad that they have given you bcp to help with the pain - that must be so much better that you don't have to face so much pain

HelloKitty - what a bummer that they only just found out about the infection. I had one during ivf 1. I quizzed my consultant and he assured me that it made no difference but you are just never sure. Anyone they have found now and hopefully it will be dealt with soon and you'll feel a lot better. 10lbs lost is great. How did you do it?

Mrs M - glad that I made you smile - trying to keep up with Becky!!!! Yeh right!!!

Aunty - hope that Af will behave herself and visit on schedule next week for you. I find that I get v bloated before and then when she comes that I kind of go down like a balloon!!

Hello to everyone else who I have not written a personal for.

Well I am just about through AF. She was way worse to me before she arrived and then not too bad when hear. Just counting down to our appointment a week on Tuesday and hoping by some miracle that I may be able to fit in a cycle pre-Xmas but based on what I have heard of clinic close down and me being on the long protocol last time and consultant telling me post op to wait until after Xmas then not holding my breath!!!

I too am hoping to start in the new year, when AF arrives in January im trying to lose some weight first - need to be healthy for when little one (s) arrive

Carolyn: I watched SOME of the Xtra factor tonight on sky, i kept flicking thru cos i wanted to also watch Corrie (Freds funeral) and Easties - (oooo easties was good lol) Im looking fwd to 2moro evening, ive already got my popcorn (Snack a Jacks - so only half the fat lol) ready - it will be 'feet up' drink at the ready - pop corn at the ready and silence - i love the X-Factor lol.

Emma27: HELLOOOOOOOOO - aint heard from u in agessssss, how are u hun, want to wish u well for ur FET in Dec - will keep everything crossed for u - (myabe not my legs - it will be xmas after all LOL)

As for me: AF arrived good and proper this morning im glad she's here, but it just seems so unfair that she is so bloody painfull, its like she's a constant reminder of why im here on this message board - (Altho im glad i am i wouldnt have met u lovely ladies otherwise - but i think u all know what i mean) i cant wait to see the back of her for nine mths - it will be heaven not to have the pain - mind u - it will make up for 9 missed AF's once im in labour LOL - Bring it on .....

Sorry have not logged on for a few days, I have been a bit of a jelly head this week as im trying to seatle into my new job, anyway less of that boring stuff.

Aunty - Sorry to hear you are feeling unwell, hope you get better soon. I have to say the drugs make me bloated and puffy too even after treatment. Just think all this bloat, puffiness etc will all be worth it in the end. Remember we are allowed treats when dieting, we can't be expected to give up everything we enjoy eating. Hope your felling better today for the weekend.

Welshgirl - Hope your doing ok.. Im doing slimming world too!!! its the best diet in the world. I have lost over 2.5 stone before and ended up putting it all back on after not sticking to the plan. I love slimming world diet nothing is banned. I have also tried weight watchers, I could not be doing with counting points for everything, there is nothing better than FREE food...LOL.... maybe we could help each other with a few recipies or hints and tips, im sure I can come up with a few. Lets try and egg each other on eh!! your not gonna believe this DH decided he didn't fancy cooking tonight so went and got a takeaway a yummy fatty curry, but i had veg curry with boiled rice...annndd um nann bread and chips and some chocolate...LOL.... I will get back to it 100% tomorrow.. Weekends and evenings are a nightmare for me too...

Hey - its great that u too are on slimming world - at least now i can talk and someone will understand what i mean by FREE FOOD! DH still doesnt get it when i say - yes i can eat as many pots or rice - or (on red days) meat as i like - he says - that cant be right, u eat too much - but when it comes off he's like - well i dunno how u did that bla bla bla lol.

Is ok, so did i pmsl! Well it was a chinese - i had special chow mein, erm, and chips! lol. Oh and a few bacardi's - but i had them with diet coke LOL - no chocolate
I have to admit - most fridays i wil have a chinese and a drink - its the weekend and if i cant enjoy then - when i dont have to get up for work/church - then when can i lol. (Yes - i go to church, are u ladies shocked ) Altho i have to admit, i havent been for the last mth or so, what with havign treatment i havent felf like getting up and going, but its harvest this weekend so i will make an effort.

Anyway - Mrs M - do u have any good recipies, have u seen this ths slimming world mag, its got a lovely beef recipie i it - and no syns on the red day - wooooo hoooo, thats what i like to hear lol. Im so pleased someone else is on this with me - we should start singing that Robbie Williams song - Syn Syn Syn LOL

Haylie glad you managed to bring your follow up appt forward are you looking to start straight away .I am hoping to go sometime next month and sort out a scheuld (cant spell) has they did tell me to take a couple of months of which if i start in dec i will have had 3 months off well went up a frinds house last night and had girlie night in ( no alcohol passed my mouth )we were playing buzz on the play station all we done was laugh all evening just what i needed has have been feeling rather miserable girl opposite had a baby girl on tuesday and all i could think was why not me anyway enough of me moaning on hope your all ok and all the diets going well i'm not giving up food thie weekend has going shopping with the girls and going to have a meal out then going to veg out in front of the tv all night and watch x factor and afterlife catch you all soon hugs to everyone

Hope you all like my ticker - I finally worked it out! We are going into summer down here so it will remind me of fun days ahead at the beach (among other things of course.....). Mind you it 's bloomin' cold here today - in the week it was 36 degrees - now it's about 10 - that's Melbourne weather for you.

DH and I have been out on our bikes - we often do that at the w/e but then always stop at a cafe for brunch and capuccinos - mmm! Bye for now. A
