Ladies,

You are all the best. I have had a great birthday so far. I'm out tonight for dinner with my hubby and friends and rest of family tomorrow. I have been spoilt rotten with pressies.

Major dieting on Monday though. I have ate so much naughty food in the last week. My sister got married last Saturday and my nephew got engaged on Saturday and I was getting very merry for about 4 days and eating all sorts of rubbish food.

I started ovulating today (according to clearblue ovulation kit) so AF in 14 days and FET hopefully about 16 days later. Fingers crossed for all us gals that we get our dreams.

Hiya Ladies,

I hope u are all keeping well....love and hugs to everyone Xxxx

Mrs M: I will have that recipie if u dont mind (for the quiche & any others u may have), my diet has gone to the dogs this weekend im afraid  yesterday was going so well, then come 6pm - it went out the window  im gutted, hopefully i can get back on track, i have so many things on my mind at the moment that i cant really consentrate on the diet, i know thats no excuse and i will try and get back on form - i just feel crap today, i feel like a lazy fat cow  sorry lol, but im really peeved at myself, i couldnt even be bothered to get up and go to church - DH has gone by himself (again) ive only been about 3 times since all this IVF started, i cant find the get up and go in me no more - arghhhhhhh. I will get back on form soon, i know i will - sorry ladies this is me on a downer today, its not often im on one, so u'll have to excuse me lol

Lisa: Hope u had a great birthday, sounds like had a ball, i love getting prezzies - im such a child at heart lol. its lovely to hear from u, hope ur doing well :D

Carolyn: Well - did u get to see the X-Factor last night? Well i nearly fell off my seat cos i was so excited - Ray was FANTASTIC but Ben had my vote AGAIN this week. I think he is just fab. It was a shame to see 4 Sure going, i really think it was the rod stewart songs that they couldnt perform, they were just unlucky - next week its big band week - Ray will bring the house down cos its his type of music - hopefully Ben will be able to pull it off - im not sure how Ashley will bear up tho, i really like him too - the tallent this year is unbeleivable and it will be really hard as the weeks come in - im so excited about it lol (gawd we are really sad aint we!)

Angie: I love ur ticker - well done lol, i dont think mine will be changing much on Tuesday - maybe up a few pounds, who knows lol.

Rachel: You sound like ur havign a ball with all ur friends, ive heard that buzz is supposto be really funny. I think i miss my friends, and having girlie nights in (and out) i havent really got any one here (appart from DH's family) to go out with, and altho they are lovely and we get on really well, its not the same as having ur girlie mates is it. Anyway - im glad u seem to be having such fun, its what we all need right now :D

Aunty: Hiya hunnie, hows u, hope u are well - whats hershey???? it sounds lovely, can i have some please LOL

Well ladies,as always being here has suceeded in cheering me up, even tho im just typing, it makes me feel better - i am truley blessed to have all what i have in my life - a wonderful DH who is a loyal and loving and a truley brilliant understanding stepfather to my two girls - my two girls are wonderful and are my friends as well as my children and u ladies are my saviours - thanks for being here :D Xxxxx

Sully - welcome to this thread. The ladies here are fab and you'll fit in straight away and feel like you have been here for ever

Mrs M - did I see you say that you saw Robbie. I saw him at Milton Keynes. Dh bought me 4 tickets the day after we got our BFN. His only condition was I took girl friends - not him! I had always wanted to see him. He was totally fab. Loved it.

Macca - Sounds like you had a great birthday. Lots of pressies and treats - just what the doctor ordered for you. Hope that it all brought a big smile to you face

Laura - sweetie, we shall think of you tomorrow and hope that the doctor will bring you the good news that you so deserve

Becky - X Factor. Bit of a shock - thought the scottish lads were so poor. Not really 4sures thing as you said. Ben was fab last night. Ray is so cute. You are right - Ray will be great on the big band. Agree that Ashley is cool. I totally love it. We were away last night so had to video and watch today so no voting for me this week.

Rachel - Did X Factor cheer you up a little? What did you think? Who are you voting for?

Aunty - Hope that AF shows up soon and does not keep you waiting in suspense for too long. Sure that the spots and bloating will all pass as soon as she is here. I guess that my clinic might let me start before Xmas and then do stimmies after Xmas just like you. Guess they just want to avoid EC & ET around Xmas time as the clinic closes. Guess I can ask next Tuesday when I have my appointment. Good idea. Thank you

Jackie - I know so what you mean about all the waiting. I cycled in March-April-May the first time. It seems a life time ago. I wonder if I should have not had the tubal surgery done and just got on with another cycle instead. Wel what is done is done. So hope that they'll let me cycle again soon when I see the consultant a week on Tuesday

Hello to everyone else. Hope that diets are going well and that everyone has had nice weekends.

We went out of London to Oxford to see some friends and their 14 week old baby boy. It was ok & I felt better than expected. The only time that I was chocked was seeing dh with the little one making him laugh & chuckle away. Made me feel so sad that I cannot give him a child. But I felt good holding him and they all seemed so happy that I was happy for them. Glad that we went but not sure that I could have coped after my BFN or when on tmt so timing worked out well.

Love to you all.

I am six week pregnant tomorrow. They told me 9 days ago that I miscarried. Then they told me 3 days ago that it was an ectopic. I really want to be able to say tomorrow that they were wrong again and it is a viable pregnancy.

I know that my hcg levels are far low for this to be normal pregnancy but I don't have any symptoms of an ectopic- no pain, no bleeding, nothing.

I go in tomorrow morning at 9:30 for an ultrasound and more bloodwork. DH is going with me as I am sure I will be an hysterical mess when they tell me for sure that there is no hope for this baby.

Sorry to be such a downer. I promise to write a happy upbeat post one of these days!

LauraLou, good luck with your appt. I hope they are wrong and this is your miracle. I cant imagine the emotion you are going thru. Prayers for you and DH and Baby.

Becky, Auntie, Miss M, I sure need some help with this Diet?? If thats what you call what I'm doing?? Im eating ice cream cones etc.... I am staying with my sister for the next 2 days to help with her new baby while her husband's away for business and we are gong to be really good and focus on dieting.

Carolyn, I know how you feel with the new baby!! My sister just had her baby a month ago and my little sister just had her baby 2 DAYS ago. Its all bitter sweet and I just cry and my DH just holds me. I know our time will come soon but it so hard when we have babies all around us.

Lisa, Hope you had a great Birthday weekend!!

Hi to Angie and Rachel :D

Take care and let all get back on our Diets!!

Hugs,
Jackie

Hello Ladies,

Hope you all had great weekends. Well done Carolyn on coping with the baby visit. It is hard I know. For some reason, over the last few months we seen to have spent more time with our single and no children friends - it's competely unintentional but that seems to be how it's gone. But I guess it has made things easier not to be surrounded by babies when I was going through it all the IVF, OHS then the polyp. But now I'm feeling stronger, perhaps I should make an effort to catch up with the babies again! It might bring me some baby dust.

5 days to the FET appointment and I should have some dates - perhaps even in Nov - but then I will be on the wrong thread! I think I will stay here though because you ladies are lovely. :D

Good new, bad news.

Good news- It looks like they were wrong again. I don't appear to have an ectopic. On the ultrasound we could see the gestational sac in the uterus and there is a yolk sac inside it! They couldn't see a fetal pole yet but it is a little early for that.

Bad news- The gestional sac is measuring a week behind. It is the size of a 5 week not a 6 week pregnancy.

They did lots of blood work. Unfortunately I won't get the results of the beta hcg until tomorrow.

We spoke with the doctor and he said he thinks this is an unhealthy pregnancy that will probably miscarry but he can't be sure yet. He said we will have to see what the beta level is and probably do another ultrasound next week. If there is to be any hope, we must see a heartbeat next week.

I have a little bit of spotting today but it is dark, like implantation bleeding. The vaginal ultrasound made it worse. I mentioned it to the doctor but he said only to be concerned with bright red bleeding.

I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens. The doctor wasn't optimistic but this baby has proven him wrong twice now.

Thank you all for your support. It's means so much to me!
