HCG Counts??? Confused

Hi Ladies,

I'm hoping someone can help me out while I am waiting for a call from the IVF office. Last Tuesday 3 Oct. I received a BFP!!! I just got my first set of counts and the # is 635? Most of the other #'s I've seen on here are not so high. My retrieval date was the 18th of Sept. Are these counts normal?

It seems on the high side. Higher than what I usually see at that point. Might be twins or maybe even triplets, or an exceptionally strong singleton. That's just blind guessing. No way to know until the first ultrasound.

If you only had one or two transferred, then it's probably not a triple.

My numbers were very high too. Like 637 for my first draw. There was buzz about twins, but I ended up pregnant with one baby. The doctors told me that the high number indicated very solid/healty pregnancy. Any way you look at it, you number is great! Can't wait to hear how many
