1st trimester symptoms

Hello everyone!

I know everyone symptoms can vary a lot but I just thought it would be interesting to hear what your experiancing.

So far I've only gained about 1 pound, alittle more tired than normal, I was very constipated for a couple weeks but it's getting better and I've also had a few pimples which I don't usually have but other than that not much else to speak of.

I've been talking with a few girls in there first trimester and I've heard everything from achy all over, lot's of morning sickness, sore boobs (which I did have for the first couple weeks but there fine now) and there's also a girl who is wearing maturnity cloths at 10 weeks!

I've had my 1st scan already and it's showing just one little one with a stronge heartbeat.

I wonder if multiables make for more symptoms?

What do you think?

Would really like to hear what you've experianced so far!

Oh yea I did forget to mention I have had pretty frequent urination the past few weeks.

I also have one baby with a strong(?) heart beat (152).
I have sore boobs(actually, sore nipples!), did not gain weight , actually lost a little bit because I cannot feel like eating anything. I do not have any sickness, but I do feel nauseous. If my stomcah gets empty, I feel really bad. I am very tired (need a nap everyday) and can hardly stay awake after 22H00!! My skin has never been so nice (I had a very bad skin,many spots since I started IVF treatment) but now it seems to be over!
I know that when expecting twins or more, ladies can show and be big very early
I think that is about it! I cannot wait for the 12 weeks scan and also to start showing a bit!

I was so glad to see this thread! I'm in my 5th week and have not felt great - but it's partly because I developed OHSS.

My biggest problem is my stomach. Everything that goes in...comes right out the other end. Sorry if that's too much sharing but I'm really suffering from it. Nausea is also a problem, along with terrible back pain (which I think is from the bed rest I've been on), overall just body aches and congestion. I feel like I'm coming down with the flu....but never get it. Ugh.

I only take Tylenol when I can't take the back pain anymore, and Immodium for the diaherra very little. If anyone has any other suggestions, I would certainly appreciate it!

Hi there,

I had little to no symptoms until about week 8 when I developed some afternoon sickness. But making sure that I ate dry crackers when I start feeling odd and having accupuncture stopped that. I've only gained about 1Kg since conception and I am 15 weeks with twins. It just proves we're all different and there are no hard rules.
