Jill and Em that is GREAT news big congrats :-) Just so you are forwarned the wait for the scan is just as tough as the 2 WW :-)

Jen1d, I know I have posted this before but my doc seems to believe the less they stimulate you the better your uterus is for implantation. So you may only have 4 eggs to choose from (same as me) but it may make implantation easier! :-)

Congrats BelieveBaby! I know it is such a relief to get that first scan out of the way! :-) My doc too thought multiples but nope! Just one strong health one. I was really expecting twins and my hubby I think was a little disappointed it wasn't. I am actually very happy with one. :-) I had my other two children young and I just want to be able to enjoy this one and have a natural delivery and breast feed both of which would be very difficult if it were twins! :-)

Sounds like everyone is doing well, take care,
Cowgirl

Hi again Ladies,

Nance, Tasha, Cowgirl, thanks so much for your excitement. I love seeing your tickers and watching the weeks go by. I can't wait to get past this 1st trimester, I think then I will feel a lot more confident this is going to really happen. How have you ladies been feeling? Tired, sick...? I've been really good, I'm just trying to stay away from all this candy. I want to try to eat right and drink lots of water since this is such a critical time in the babies development. I'd stand on my head and juggle if I thought it would help <grin>!

Well, I hope all the rest of your girls are doing well and feeling strong. Today is the end of a pretty strong month for us buddies, hopefully we pass along our good fortune to those in line behind us. Baby dust to all!! Image

Oh, and Happy Halloween again! Image

Thanks so much for thinking of me, that is so sweet!! I really appreciate it!!! I am just take each day as it comes and I am feeling better physically somewhat. I went back to work today and I had a few anxiety episodes, I had some of those with my last miscarriage, I don't usually have those but I wonder if it is from homonal changes that I am going thru?! There are not bad and nothing that I can't get thru!! Enough about me! I am so excited about your numbers and your scan!!! That is so wonderful and I know it is a big weight off your shoulders!! I can't wait to hear about your next scan!!! Good Luck honey and keep in touch!!!

jenn
Good Luck with your follow up!! I have read many posts by Ghost, that say that if a cycle fails then the clinic should make some changes for your next cycle, so I would ask what they think they should different?!?! Let us know how it goes!!!! I know you have to go by yourself but know that you have a whole message board that will thinking of you that day and there with you in spirit!!!

JenJ
How are you doing??? I am so excited for you!!! I will most likely be pumping you with all kinds questions on the adoption thing again... I really think that we will pursue this, we have the frosties that will be there when and if we get ready... I know we can give a child a good home and there are children out there that need one!!!

Sorry if I missed anyone!! Have a great night!!

Aimee- I've been doing better this week... no more being nauseous. I have my first OB/GYN appointment in 2 hours. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. I'll give you all an update tomorrow morning.

I too am trying to eat healthy... I can;t wait until I can get back into the gym and do walking and light weights.

Until tomorrow girls-

Jessica - I was so happy to read your reply. There is a common bond we all feel with each other and I especially feel it with you since we have both m/c before. It is such an emotional experience and you run the gammet of feelings....sadness, loss, bewilderment of what is in store, and in a weird way, a little relief that you don't have to worry and be consumed with this IVF rollercoaster at least for the time being. I applaud you for being so strong and positive and especially so caring for those whose worry continues and grows. I'm sending a huge hug to you and wish you success and happiness in whatever path you decide to travel. We will be here for you when that time comes. Image

Tasha - I too can't wait to start working out again. Image For probably at least the last 10 years, I have been a gym junky and spent at least 6 days a week doing some type of exercise. I actually met my husband at the gym and it's something we share a love (and hate) for. I have the body type that if I don't work out, I gain weight and within the last 6 months I've put on a total of 20 pounds. Image I keep telling myself it will all be worth it and I will just have to try hard after the 9 months are over to get back to where I started but it's hard because I feel like such a blob. It's amazing how long it takes to loose it and how fast it comes right back!!! Anyway, I'm so excited to hear how your scan went, please update us as soon as you know. It's very exciting seeing that little black dot on the screen and thinking that is actually a life being created. Our bodies are truly amazing!!

Well, I'm just about to head home to get ready for the mob of trick-or-treaters so I hope you all have a wonderful evening. Can't wait to see more great posts tomorrow! Image

Hi ladies ... I have been away for a few days again ... this time, I caught a lousy cold and was extremely tired ... so I was either on my bed or my couch. The cold medicine really put me to rest.

WOHOO!!! Congratulation to Em and Jill. Am so excited for your BFP ... wish you both a very happy and healthy pregnancy!!

Jen1d, 4 fertilized is very good. It's really the quality that counts, not the quantity. I got 14 eggs, but only 3 passed the quality test ... well, I am lucky with these 3 little embies. So, I am sure you will be lucky with your 4 little embies too.

Aimee, WOW! That's a great number, and I am sure it's such a relief for you to see you little one with the sac. If there is only 1 in there, it sure is a very very strong little one.

Jeck, I am so sorry that you are not feeling well ... hope that you will feel better really really soon. Keeping you in my thought!!! Adoption is the choice I was thinking as well if my cycle doesn't go well. As you said, there are lots of children out there who need our love. Whatever you and your DH planned for, please keep us posted.

Jenn, wish you good luck with you appointment!! :)

Sorry that I didn't post my 2nd beta on Saturday, in fact, I only get the result from the hospital last evening, and I couldn't log on the net (some technical problem). OK, the number is 3444 for 15dp3dt. I have my doctor appointment today ... not sure if he is going to give me a scan, so excited and nervous.

My OHSS is relieving, and I felt much better today. But it's also a worry to me as it seems to relieve a bit too early ... :( So confusing.

Baby dust to all of you!!

 Hi everyone

Well the hospital rang this morning and we still have 4 embies, 3 2cell and 1 4 cell, which are all fine and pregnancy grade apparently. We are going in tomorrow for ET at 11.30am. I just pray the little embies still develop well and turn out to be 6-8cells by tomorrow. Although saying that we had a 7 and 8 the last time at ET and still never got a bfp. Think its all a bit of luck as it seems any embies can go on to be a baby. Have heard stories about the worst ones turning out to get a bfp and the best ones turning out to nothing.
Am off to have my acup today and a full body massage  bliss. Have given the massause strict instructions that there should be no oils so its as natural as possible.
I have been having quite a few twinges and sometimes feels like my AF will come--of course i know it wont at this stage but it must be from the EC and maybe pessaries. Glad i have felt this today because when the embies go back in tomorrow i would have been panicking a bit. Last time i felt the same pain but i think it must be the pessaries?? What do you guys think?

Ok, will log in later for a chat. Am not great at writing to you all individually but think of you all and thanks for your good wishes
